This washer took some getting used to but I seem to like it pretty well I've learned how to trick it if I put something heavy in it I start the cycle get the water started in it then I put the bigger item in and that way it doesn't shove it all to one side make it lop side so it don't want to work it's a great way to get it to do what I needed to do seems to be a good washer so far it is quite loud at times

I love this washer. It’s been about a year now since I bought it. I bought this as a set with the dryer. Works well for the price. We were using a high end washing machine before this one and I prefer it more than the high end. The only thing I can say that could be an issue for some people is that when I wash blankets or towels, I’ll open the washing machine and everything is still sopping wet. It doesn’t do this every time I wash blankets and towels, but when it does, I just set it on a drain and a spin cycle and they’re not sopping wet anymore after 10 minutes. It’s not that big of a deal for us but maybe someone else would want to be aware of that. We love it though and it gets the job done just fine.

Great washer for the money. Rrplaced a "high-end" GR unit that died and didnt want to spend a lot of money. This was the.least expensive unit I could find anywhere. I love it, it does a great job and has plenty of features. I've been using it for about a year now.

I really like this washer. I have a higher end more expensive machine and I really think I like this one much better. Plenty of bells and whistles. Great size. Most importantly, this washer works great and cleans my clothes.

It honestly cleans really well, i like the traditional auger which helps a lot on bulky items. BUT the first one leaked within a week of purchase, the second is leaking a year into owning it. And it leaks from different areas, there is a clear hose that is glued to the barrel that leads to the floor that is not the drain hose, but sometimes leaks onto the floor. And if your water pressure is too high ( mine is only 50 psi and the average is higher) it will leak when spraying water into the dispenser trays because the tray walls are not deep enough so it runs over the edge onto the floor. It is also really loud during the cycles and makes a really loud clunk sound when filling. if you have a rental property or just care about your floors, i would not recomend this washer. The dryer however is awesome.

Not bad for price and works great. I would definitely recommend if u need something cheap with great quality and easy to use.

I'm enjoying my new Insigna washer & dryer. It's easy to use and quiet. Holds my comforters blankets and towels well.

best affordable washer for sure. i bought the set with the dryer on a good sale and after 2 years both still work pretty good.

For the price this is just about the best value on a new washing machine around. It includes features usually found on more expensive machines that save work, water and energy. It has enough setting for any washing task that you can throw at it and its big enough for blankets and quilts. It's also very quiet and stable so that I can't tell when its running unlike the washer that it replaced that shook my 142 year old house like an earthquake. For the price this machine just can't be beat.

Great washer and great price. I had it for a year, had mechanical issues, and as soon as I called, they sent a technician to take a look. As soon as they noticed the parts were not available until December, they replaced them with brand new one

Now that I've owned it for a month, I feel like I can a better review it. It spends a lot less water than my old Kenmore 500 and it's way faster by 15 to 30 minutes on the large, heavy loads (15 full sized cotton towels). Compared to my old washer, the clothes come out damper but I prefer it this way as my drier was too hot even in the lowest setting. On the rare occasion that the heavier, bulkier things come out too damp there's a setting to just drain and spin that doesn't take more than 10-15 minutes. Still, I like that it's a simple machine. The set up was super easy given that the leveling feet can get you get away with a lot. The agitator can be a bit annoying for larger, thicker covers (San Marcos blankets), but after a while I got used to it. In my case I bought it open box with a bunch of rewards programs on top. Even though it was dinged, it's just been a joy to wash clothes again. It's not as sensitive to unleveled ground or how the clothes are distributed as opposed to the Kenmore. It just goes.

I previously had another brand of washer that broke down after 3 years, and then my next washer (a different brand) only lasted 14 months before breaking down recently. So I was wary of buying any washer at all for fear or another quick breakdown. After a lot of research on the Best Buy website and looking at the prior reviews, I settled on the Insignia washer, and I'm so glad I did! Best Buy was the only retailer out of the several that I checked that had a delivery date that was within a few days of purchase, and I needed another one right away. The washer works great - clothes and linens alike all come out clean. I'm satisfied with the various settings available. And there are no balance issues. I did buy Best Buy's extended warranty so I don't get burned again, but my fingers are crossed that this one will last. So far so good!
