Great value,auto fill works great so far no need to increase water volume,cold water wash excellent,manual easy to understand,guys doing delivery and installation great.I am a happy customer.Almost forgot,like count down timer,machine very quiet,even on spin.

I purchased this washer in October 2020. The first thing I noticed was the pressure that caused my pipes to make noise although it cleans clothes well. My next concern was noticing dark orange rust color developing around each areas where products are added. Rust and peeling enamel coating that has continued even around the never used fabric softener port.

The product arrived in perfect condition hooked up easily worked exactly the way it should nice overall product I would definitely grab it at this price while you can

Fantastic find for me .The washer is great quiet thru it's cycles it's larger inside the tub than it looks.I ordered on line with next day delivery there was a mix up on the delivery but made one phone call and it was picked up by my daughter later that evening so turned out ok and saved on delivery fee my son installed and we were washing clothes the next morning .

Works great gets the job done at a minimal price. Looks nice with glass top. Fast and quiet

Very roomy basket that hold more than enough laundry, including queen sized comforter and bedding. Love the extra settings for additional water and rinse. Perfect for my needs. Excellent product for the price! Installation techs were fantastic also.

This is the first time I have purchased a Best Buy brand. I normally buy Whirlpool washers and dryers. I am so happy I gave this brand a try. So far I am very impressed. I love the fact it has a good amount of cycles, washes well, and is very reasonably priced. I also like the fact It has a see through top so you can check your clothes without opening it and it has a lot of room. I have never had a washer that when I have a lot of clothes to wash, that I haven't filled it up. I put a lot of jeans in it and I still had so much room left over for more. If this machine stays good I may be saying goodbye Whirlpool forever.

I recently bought a new house, so I needed to purchase new appliances. I bought this washing machine for a reasonable price. It has performed fantastically. It has a large load capacity. It is easy to operate and is very efficient. I really like this machine.

I usually opt for the higher priced washers but that practice ended with the previous washer being a piece of trash for 5 years. This insignia runs smoothly, has the agotator like old school washers, runs flawlessly no banging around even though i didnt balance the clothes well. Has a button for extra water which was my biggest gripe with modern washers… they dont use enough water! This one puts the perfect amount with the extra water button selected. Honestly i about gave up on washers cause all reviews ppl had same complaint… tje washer doesnt wash as well and doesnt use enough water. This one is close to old school washer i could find and i didnt spend a fortune like the maytag bravos.

Had this washer for 2 years now. And it still works just as great as it did when I first got it. Only down side to it I personally have and that I have to reset it to tap cold every load I do, which that big of a deal for the price.

Like the washer, don't get me wrong. Only occasional flaw may be that the auto sensing of load size can be off, particularly with a small load. Was watching it and noticed that the water level was a bit too low, so paused the cycle and added water easily by hitting a button. We tend to have smaller loads and can easily see where the load size sensoring function would have a tough time with that. Otherwise, really like the washer. Does a very nice job cleaning clothes and the controls allow for a lot of customization. Got it for an extraordinarily low price. Very satisfied so far!

We have had this washer for a year and its been great. So much bigger than our old one and holds up to a family of 6 washing all the time. If you do have bulky items to wash like blanket difently use the bulky cycle or it will stop and you have to adjust the load.. remember use buly cycle when needed

This washing machine is perfect. Not only is it just the right size but it has so many different settings and it makes washing clothes a breeze.

At first I wasn't sure how the machine worked. The delivery men didn't set the balance mechanism so my machine was throwing an error code...for an out of balance load. My husband fixed this and now the machine is working perfectly. My clothes are very clean, and they aren't "pulled/stretched/yanked around during the cycles. I like the ability to see my clothes while they are being washed, l7ke the ability to pause the wash. My front was a real pain, hated it, was glad to see it GONE from my house.

I am very happy with this washer. I hadn't planned to need a new machine, but mine broke and I had to get a low cost option. Based on the price, I wasn't expecting much, but this washer has been great! It gets my family's clothes clean on one wash, the fabric softener feature is useful, the tub is very large, the controls are easy to use, and I like that you can set it to start later on.

2.5 years and it makes an awful racket. It also goes out of balance easily and the agitator is very aggressive. Twists up our clothing a lot. It used to run quiet. Now it wont finish cycles so the clothing inside is drenched. I have to wring it out before putting it in the dryer, taxing my dryer more. When its stops bc of an unbalance error during the spin cycle near the end, I move all the clothing around, and close the lid. At which point it basically starts the wash cycle over again adding water to the drum, when all I want it to do is finish the cycle! It’s maddening. If you are seriously considering buying this, be sure to pay the extra for the extended warranty.
