    This is the Best Buy brand washer. It works well. I was just surprised by how long each cycle takes! A delicate washing cycle takes 68 minutes! WOW! That is a long time!

    Worst Washing Machine on the Market

    Absolute worst washing machine I've ever owned. I'm 73 years old and have been doing a couple of loads of laundry every week for most of my adult life. I know how to load a laundry machine in a clothes level fashion. This machine then goes into some cycle when you start it that is designed to level the load of clothes even if they're already level. It then pushes all of the now wet clothes into a clump on one side, and stops working flashing an E5 error (Impact switch failed, your washer is not level.) So I have to stand there and wait for the inevitable error message and re-level the load. I am very sorry I wasted my money on this piece of garbage appliance!

    The price was great however, we had several issues with this washer (and dryer). The water sensor didn’t seem to work as it would fill up full of water for only two or three items. Additionally, it took over an hour for the quick load function and the time went up when I selected a less soiled option (for example the lighter quick load option had more time than the more soiled quick load option). We had BB come out once to fix an issue and the issue was not resolved with this unit. I considered it a lemon.

    So far I am very pleased with this washer, the tub is nice and deep I can get two loads in one wash compared to my old washer( G.E.) I also like it that I can add extra water if I want.

    Great machine. I love the cycles and how I can see into the machine. A few times I opened the lid and adjusted the clothing and the spin cycle was a bit more stable and less shaking.

    Love the simplicity of this washer. It does an excellent job of washing but the kicker is the spin dry! It cuts down the drying time in half. At least in my home.
