    The soak function is not easy to use. You have to set it before the machine start filling with water. The soak feature starts before the water goes in the machine.

    We previously hadn’t owned a washer that could judge the size of the load, etc. so this was a huge upgrade for us, even though it was in a lower price range. We’ve been really happy with it. The design is nice, it does the job. Overall it’s a great washer.

    I have been using this washer for 6 weeks now. It seems to get my clothes clean, but the wash cycle is very short. The agitation is barely that, it seems so gentle regardless of the setting. But I can’t complain because my clothes are clean. The one time I loaded it up pretty full, it had a problem with rinse and spin until I took some items out. I am not in love, just in like.
