Bought the set and had to have it replaced within 2 cycles because the basket kept coming off track. Doesn’t have the capacity for large loads or even a king sized bed comforter (which knocked it off track).

Also once started you can't change the settings. I like the looks of it and the clear top door. Also like the large metal drum.

Glass top allows you to see whats happeming. Plus tells you time of wash amd counts down. No guessing how long it will take to get done. Im liking insignia brand. Tv and washer are great purchases

The machines have been very impressive! The amount of settings you have to play with is impressive. I can get pretty much any stain out and my clothes are washed quickly. Very impressed and happy with my purchase!

Had to be replaced twice!

We had a replacement sent 3 weeks later, and it ran fine. 2 months into receiving that replacement, we get “E4” error message. The beaker was loose and would not spin. We had the warranty and geek squad messed up our appointment, so we couldn’t get it looked at on time. Once it had been inspected, we waited about a week and heard that it would need to be replaced AGAIN! We have no washer for the time being and now have to wait two weeks to get the new washer. We bought the first one in July and now 3 months later, we’re having to get its second replacement. Terrible brand.
