We bought this for our apartment and it fits perfectly in the spot that has the hookups. The washer runs well and does not make to much noise. We were told that we could use the pods with this machine and have found out the hard way that they do not work well at all. The water does not get them hot enough to "melt" the plastic coating they are in and we have had to switch to regular liquid detergent. We hope that this will work better in the machine.

I never thought that a small washing machine this size would be so effective. Great for small areas. My recommendations are very high.

I like the large capacity of the washer. It will throw a code quite often that its off balance. I rearrange the clothes and most of the time it will finish but occasionally I have to do it several times to get it to finish. If it continues, I will be calling for repair. Hopefully, this is just a fluke with this particular washer and not all of them. I have only had the washer for about a month.

At the moment I have not had any issues. I think in the span of 2 years only once has it given me an error message but otherwise it has performed as it should.

Replaced a washer that finally broke down and could not be fixed. It was a 3.5 cubic ft unit and this Insignia was the largest that would fit through my door opening to the basement. Seems like a quality unit and purchased a 5 year extended warranty as back up. Got it on sale so it was a great deal.

I bought this with the hopes of it working well because of the price point, but after a few washes I'm somewhat disappointed. Most washers you can just throw a level on them and adjust the legs to make it level. This one has a water ring inside the basket you have to fill and look to see if the water is level, with a reflective basket this isn't good or precise. The most concerning part is the fact I cant wash a blanket in here, not because of size, but because when it goes to spin the basket it spins lopsided and the machine stops and returns to rinse. So now I just have sopping wet blankets. Real let down

This washer is very quiet and washes my clothes great. The price is worth the product. The agitator doesn't wear down my clothes and there is lots of settings to choose from including heavy loads.

We love our new washing machine! It is efficient. It is large enough to wash bedding. It has several different settings. It is easy to use.

I've only had this for a little less than a month, but it works great so far. The controls are easy to figure out and customize to a load. I'm not sure why the machine has a default setting of warm, but I've only forgotten to change it once. No leaks, as some others mentioned. Hold a lot, more than my dryer, as I had a 3.5 c.f. before. Does not make a great deal of noise, and I like the auto adjust because that seems to balance every load. All clothes have come out clean, so the auto sense works well. I did have two blankets in the other night and set it to bulky. I think it took about 1.5 hours which was surprisingly long. I don't think other brands nowadays are any quicker though. I did buy the extended warranty because some of the reviews scared me, and you never know!

really like the washer. I have had it for two years already and i haven't had any problems. We have a lot of bulky stuff to wash, specially with 5 dogs at home. a lot of towels and blankets. the bulk future helps a lot and the part that this has a sensor to stop the machine if is unbalance due to the amount of clothes, I like it because it prevents it from braking down. I love all the futures and I have used them all. my clothes is always clean and no odors at all, specially after washing the dogs stuff. Really good washer.

Nice for the price. Baught it for my sister for her apartment and it fit nicely into the space. Hook-up was easy.

Love this washer, very efficient, doesn't use much water, easy to use and very quiet. Live having a washer with a full size agitater and what a great price. Couldn't be happier!!!

It's a great machine for the price. Pretty easy to use and roomy enough for a larger comforter. The load does need to be balanced or the machine will stop. It is not usually an issue unless it is a big, heavy load. Does the job!

I love my washer. Easy to use washes and drains better than I imagined. The only downside is sometimes if it’s unbalanced it will stop mid cycle and sometimes won’t pickup where it leaves off after you adjust the load. Does not happen often. Maybe 3-4 times in the year I’ve had it

This machine works wonderful. It was bigger is volume than I expected. It’s quiet and washes as good as the big brands!

Gets clothes clean and is easy to use. I prefer a traditional agitator, but this washer still does a good job overall.
