This washer is the most quiet washer I’ve ever owned. I was skeptical at first because of the price so I read a lot of the reviews and for the most part, I agree with everyone in that it’s easy to use, it’s quiet, and water efficient. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that each load takes so long. You could be waiting almost two hours for 1 load; especially if you add an extra rinse, or give more water. I don’t have time to be waiting that long for a load, but now, I have no choice.

Drum size is huge! Agitator cleans fantastically. Glass top is nice to have so you or the kids can watch what’s going on. User friendly and you don’t have to wither away while waiting for it to unlock mid cycle. Fabric softener did get clogged and prevented it from draining, but easily fixed by loosening the gunk with the rub of a finger. Great price, but because it’s the first washer the brand put out, we opted for the 5 year warranty. Hope we don’t have to use it, but peace of mind to have it.

It has capacity for our king bed and towels as well. Easy to operate. it is quiet operating Clothes come out clean and not tangled

Great quality! 3 years and counting. Laundry is located next to my bedroom, no problem to running the laundry late. Sanitation option in dryer are super good to disinfect when you buy new clothes

Washing machine appears to be working properly and is taking care of my children needs…it was a gift to my son and his family

I was slightly hesitant to purchase because it wasn't one of the major brands Maytag, LG, whirlpool etc but I am an insignia fan so I took a chance.. so glad I did. It's slightly louder than a more expensive brand but I have had it for a few weeks now and I have no complaints. I haven't experienced the tearing of clothes although the bulk load does take longer. Love the agitator and large tub. Washes thin king size comforter with no problem. Would purchase again.

E4, E4, E4 lord baby Jesus E4, I cannot even wash a shirt and a pair of pants without the stupid thing being off balance……. It was like this ever since we got it but in the last 3 weeks it can’t even finish a wash period. Real convenient that I am also 1 month out of the 1 year warranty as well. I would not recommend this cheap washer to anyone don’t waste ur money there is so many e4 off balance complaints they should have to recall the thing….. don’t waste ur money

7/10 because it does everything good but if you put a little too much clothes inside then it will get stuck and randomly keep running and running without stop. It does this thing on start up where it will move and spin without water in order to sense how many clothes are inside, but if you put too many clothes or something like a blanket which absorbs too much water and gets heavy, the machine doesn’t know what to do and it starts wasting electricity and water like no one’s business.

Its working well. It foes shake a bit luckly ut is on a concrete floor we do 2 to 6 loadds a day so it will be worked to it full potential. I will be more than grateful if it last 5 to 8 years.

Excellent for the price. This has been an awesome washer, and I haven't had any kind of issues at all. Was a little iffy buy a washer with an agitator but this has been perfect for us.

Bought this unit to replace my 5 year old washer. I wanted one with an agitator and this one seemed to fit the need. A lot of bells and whistles ( if you like that ) Quiet operation and most of all it cleans good. I like this washer and it was priced right. I would recommend this washer. Time will tell how well it works.
