I was pleasantly surprised at how well this washer worked. The drum is plenty big for larger loads . I also like the options of extra water and soak. My only real complaint ( and this might just be user error) but i wish the settings would save for the different loads. It say lock hold for 3 sec to lock but doesn't seem to remember the settings. But overall for the price I paid I'm plenty happy, I just be hope it lasts longer than my last one did.

Excellent washer. Never had a quieter washer. Haven’t got any off balance error codes, and I’ve washed everything including comforters, and pillows. Gets your clothes super clean. Easy to use.

Great washer for the price. Does a very good job and the wash cycle doesn’t take forever. However we had trouble with the order submitted by Best Buy. They didn’t haul off the old washer like they were supposed to. The delivery guys are 3rd party and claimed it wasn’t one the order. Impossible to call the store I bought it from. You get a call center. No help.

Washer is working great, and it’s quiet! Better than the previous one we bought!

Wish the tube would turn when it's stopped, so short people can not reach to get the clothes out. Also, when you are not in the same room, the bell is too low to hear when the wash is done. Other than that, it works very well and does get the clothes clean.

For ilthe price what i got it for it was nice does it job but then you start to see the washing cicle does not wash as well as you think. Still gets the job done, if i would of knowen i would of got a spin washer for the extra price.

I like the sensoring it has and the clear window on top but i just dont like that the wash cycle agitator, it does not move as much as you would expect it to move the clothing around, also the spin cycle repeats if the sensor does not callibrate the amount of weight to do spin properly.

Super quiet! And huge! My California king comforter doesn't even fill it! Everything I expected it to be and more!

I have owned this washer for a few months now. Overall it has been a good washer. The only nitpicking issue I have had with it is that it is very sensitive about getting the clothes balanced in it before starting. If you put something heavy in ther with out putting something else on the other side of equal heaviness, it will not spin up and will throw an error about rebalancing the items. With just a little care beforehand, I can get the clothes balanced pretty easily.

I have had this for 2 years now and still running like a champ.

At first look I thought it might not fit me needs. Capacity was smaller than my on unit when you just look at the numbers. But after using it for a month I have to admit this is really a very good washer. Plenty of room for my needs. Takes longer than my old one, but it is high efficiency so it is to be expected. Controls are pretty easy to understand. Does a great job cleaning my clothes. Happy with my decision.

This insignia washing machine is very durable and works very well for our large family. We wash clothes every single day to people we have in our household. This washing machine just keeps on going without fail. Next time you’re looking at those high dollar washing machines with all the fancy buttons and gadgets on it, do your self A favor and buy insignia. It will not let you down and it will wash and dry just as good as those $1,000 dollar ones.

The insignia top loader washer is absolutely amazing. Very easy to use and washes clothes effortlessly. Installation was quick and easy. The washer is big enough to wash a queen sized comforter. It has loaded preset options for any type of cleaning you need. It has a built in sensor so it will detent how much water is needed for your load. It was very affordable and I haven't had any trouble with it so far. Recommended to all my friends and family.

This machine is awesome, it has multiple cycles and actually cleans your clothing. We had one before that cist over $1000 with limited cycles and never cleaned the clothing and took an hour to wash. This has a big tub and has settings for all types of loads. Very satisfied, would Highly recommend. Nice glass top lid you can see in and watch it work, its neat especially when you had a notbso good washer before. Its absolutely awesome!

i paid for the product and read reviews after. i was super concerned after reading all of the bad reviews but the machine has worked great for us. have had zero issues and has done everything its supposed to do. if you need a machine that does its job at a great price point. you can’t go wrong here. one thing i’ve noticed about people leaving reviews rather it be a product,restaurant,etc.....is that 95 percent of the time, the people that take time to write one had a bad experience. people that are usually satisfied dont take that time. don’t read too much into reviews you read online!

I was only in need of a dryer but once I saw the price I couldn’t resist and I’m so glad I did…I now have a matching set and the washer is easy to use and works perfectly
