So far...great! I had to replace an 18 year old washer which was a heavy duty 4.5 cu. and didn't want to spend a fortune. Received the washer in less than a week and delivery guys were very good about the drop off. Easy to put in and away we wash. It ran continuously the first day installed. Although it is smaller cubic, it is bigger than the last washer. Very easy to use and read and pretty cool to watch the wash. My first LG appliance and I am impressed. Very quiet also. Can't beat it for under $600.00. Based on family of 5 washing. I highly recommend.

Great washer with lots of options, however, it's a little noisy when cycling through water cycles. Seems like a very hard shut off making a slight "banging" sound. It's very easy to use and otherwise is great for the price!

This is by far the best customer service at best buy. I liberally pulled up to the pickup spot and they wheeled it out to me. Unlike lowes that takes 3 hours to get anything. This washer is so quiet i slept on top of it. Lol, ok my cat sleeps on top of it. It makes a wash day become a fun day and it makes it super easy for my dryer.

I like the Insignia top load washer because it is easy to use. You just load the clothes in, set the desired wash cycle and walk away. The only insignia top loaderdown features I would say is that the whole wash process takes an hour and the agitator is too slow. That is just my personal opinion. The clothes wash fine and always come out clean.

works like it should, in house staff helpful. Corporate staff PITIFUL!!!!!! I actually purchased another brand, was supposed to pick it up at Slatten it wasnt there and wasnt ready. You cant actually call the store you are dealing with. Even with the extension number. After a couple rings it goes to some sort of service center, There it will go south in a hurry. Anyway I went to Slatten Ranch and got competent help. Below pitiful help on the phone!!!!!!

Save your money and get a better machine. This washer is complete garbage. The so-called Eco Sense feature is nonsense. Even with a small load, it constantly “detects” an imbalance and decides the best solution is to rinse and spin again... and again... and again. If you try to stop it and manually run a drain and spin cycle, you have to babysit the thing to make sure it doesn’t freak out mid-spin. If you don’t babysit it, it’ll finish the cycle with your clothes absolutely soaked. Then you’re forced to rearrange everything and run another spin cycle anyway — wasting time, water, and electricity. The wild part? I bought the cheaper version of this same model (the one without the glass lid) for another property, and that one actually worked better. This upgraded model is a downgrade in disguise.

I’m really happy with this purchase. i was a little worried that it would not be good but I use this washer everyday and it’s been great. It’s quiet and has all the features you need. Also it can do queen size comforters.

Easy to use, great capacity and and very quiet when washing

We first bought a scratch and dent model. Upon delivery it obviously hadn't been checked out as it was completely broken. If they turned on cold water it ran constantly and when a cycle was ran it sounded like a freight train and didn't spin water out of clothes. My first interaction to get this fixed was bad. On the phone they said I had to go to store and first person wanted me to pay difference to get a new one, when I said that was unacceptable that someone obviously hadn't done their job of checking it. She then told me I had to come back in 24 hours because system would not let her do anything. The next day we called as I was working and got actual manager and he wAs very helpful and fixed the situation. I had a new washer in the way and he sent me a bottle of laundry soap as an apology (which they don't even sell at Best buy, so he obviously went and bought)

Amazing washer I was skeptical about it but it works great I used to work in appliances and I must say this is a great option especially for the price / Also it has a water plus feature so even though it is high efficiency you have the option to add more water lid does open during a wash you have to just pause it ! Very simplified and straight forward easy to understand
