I'm actually very impressed with this washer. The only downside to it is that it doesn't give a option to change my spin speed. Other than that it's great.

If it lasts 5 years for the price I paid, I'll be happy. The Water Plus button is nice as it likes to conserve water but we don't have water problems in the Buckeye State so fill 'er up!

I must say as my first electric washer, I'm very impressed with my first load and how well it runs out the water from my clothes. They felt pretty close to dry after the wash and smelled amazing. Definitely recommended.

Machine arrived on a Wednesday and I called for a return on Thursday! Every error code that could possibly appear, did so on the first day. The machine would never complete a cycle without an error code. Forget about all the bells and whistles….. this appliance is a piece of junk! Shame on Best Buy for selling such an inferior product. Ended up purchasing a name brand GE washing machine that actually works! Save time and headaches….. avoid this machine at all costs!
