I was due for a new washer because old would not stop shaking and was loud no matter what i tried to do to fix...very quiet and easy to use.

It has many amazing functions.That allows you to differentiate your laundry! I did a wash immediately after delivery and it was effortless! Clothes were super clean!

NO LUCK for For

This item will not drain for me nor will it allow me to use the other functions example normal. heavy. quick wash etc. It only allows me to wash on Quick Wash for it to only just wash and NOT RINSE with a error code E1. Item delivered on 3/10/2021, had to call for a return pickup 3/11/2021. I waited 2+ weeks for item to deliver and now this. NO luck for me, mind you I was on a budget and only purchased it due to the 1300+ 4* star reviews and $549 price tag and modern appeal with glass door. I did not read any of the reviews just seen it had a high 4+ star review and that's all I need to see before buying. Uuuuuug back to square 1.

Satisfied with this purchase. Also, what I like about the dryer, it doesn’t start unless the filter is clean. I’ve never had that in a dryer. Love it!

Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money - Junk!

If you are only washing socks and underwear you'll be fine, however if you have a working household this thing is junk. Anything heavier than t-shirts and pillowcases it can't handle. It doesn't clean them or spin them out. They are soaking wet when done if it will even finish the cycle. Do not buy this machine if you have a lot of jeans or heavy winter wear or live with a geriatric patient. I bought this at Christmas time and had I not missed the 15 day return it would be back at the store. Never again!
