BUY THE WARRANTY

With the warranty expiring @ 12 months I was left with a hefty 140$(after tax) consultation fee for GeekSquad to simply look at it. Repairs were quoted for another 300$ and at that point I would've been better off purchasing a more expensive machine from the get go or trying my luck with another 400$ machine vs repairing this one. If you're willing for a gamble, the machine was great while it lasted. That is the only reason I am giving 3 stars.

Satisfied with this purchase. Also, what I like about the dryer, it doesn’t start unless the filter is clean. I’ve never had that in a dryer. Love it!

We couldn’t tell if the loud noises when it ran were caused by the dent, but it washed our clothes with only a slight smell to it. I called Best Buy customer service to replace the first one we got. Our replacement got here and leaked all over our floor when the installers tested it. Either this washer is just really not good, or whatever warehouse these are stored in are not storing them safely. Hopefully when we get it replaced *again*, it’ll work without issues or a giant dent

Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money - Junk!

If you are only washing socks and underwear you'll be fine, however if you have a working household this thing is junk. Anything heavier than t-shirts and pillowcases it can't handle. It doesn't clean them or spin them out. They are soaking wet when done if it will even finish the cycle. Do not buy this machine if you have a lot of jeans or heavy winter wear or live with a geriatric patient. I bought this at Christmas time and had I not missed the 15 day return it would be back at the store. Never again!

The machine has been efficient has been working fine. However, June 2022. We are currently experiencing problems with rinsing and spinning. Water is left in the tank. We have to get service through our warranty to get things checked out.
