    The first washer we ordered came with a giant dent in the front. We couldn’t tell if the loud noises when it ran were caused by the dent, but it washed our clothes with only a slight smell to it. I called Best Buy customer service to replace the first one we got. Our replacement got here and leaked all over our floor when the installers tested it. Either this washer is just really not good, or whatever warehouse these are stored in are not storing them safely. Hopefully when we get it replaced *again*, it’ll work without issues or a giant dent
