Freezer is excellent but fridge is not cold enough. Milk went bad 2 days later. Was buying this for my new baby born to store his milk, etc. Soft drinks, bottle water, fruits not cold enough. Had to take it out of our master bedroom because it made loud noise.

I live alone and want d something with a freezer part I'm not home a lot but would like ice cubes and popcicles and the occasional frozen food item. It's great keep things just like a normal workin fridge and plenary of space for my self. Shipping was fast received it in 3 day but there was some minimal damaged and had a small dent in the fridge other than that works great and no complications from it.

We received this and it came with a dent, a crack and a few scratches. I contacted Best Buy and they did nothing. We destroyed the box getting it out and Best Buy said awe need it in the box. Disappointed

Awesome little fridge for the price. My Ibotta app really made it worthwhile as Best Buy rewards were on deck for the purchase. It's taller than most compact refrigerators and the freezer compartment is definitely a plus. My coworker and I collabo'd this purchase for our little shared workspace and it seems to be ample space for keeping foodstuffs for two (2) pretty easily. One concern for us is that it came with an ice scraper (YIKES!) Apparently this little gem is not frost free because there may be some ice scraping in our future. If a manufacturer goes to the extent of packaging a device with a plastic shovel, you can pretty much bet it is going to have to be used at some point. Oh well! I guess we'll have to employ some refrigeration maintenance plan as we go forward to prevent a wee ice age and potential floods. Just so you're all aware, there is already ice forming in the refrigerator compartment on the back wall. I thought it was condensation at first, but for sure it's little crystals that are just begging to be scraped off. Not too think or unmanageable, just pretty much immediate upon turning the fridge on and getting a few items in there cooling. So, if frost free is your thing, better rethink this purchase. But if you're looking for a roomy freezer and a little extra refrigeration cubic feet for a smallish workspace, this fridge is a good fit.

The fridge works great. It's almost as it looks in the picture. The only thing that I was kinda disappointed with was that the inside of the fridge door was not like what was shown. The picture shows that it can hold 6 cans, two glass bottles, a carton of milk with a 2 liter bottle. But when I got the fridge it can only hold 1/2 gallon of milk with other small shelves and a few more cans. It was the design of the door that threw me off. But other than that it looks mostly like the picture, works great, and its a pretty good size.

Excellent 2 door fridge. Freezer works great. Ice cream is too hard at high, had to lower to 5/6 to be able scoop it out. The packaging is a bit flimsy but mine came in perfect condition. Very quiet. Best Buy should update the description. The door does not have gallon jug storage on the door. The larger size of this unit gives plenty of space in the fridge and freezer compartments.

I wanted a compact refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. I saw this one, liked the look, the size, and the price! I checked reviews and dimensions before purchasing. It was larger than I imagined, but in a good way.

I have a month of buying and using this refrigerator. In this time I have not had any problems because it has been running fine. I liked this refrigerator because of its compact size, large space, capacity and thin, in addition to its attractive stainless steel finish aesthetics.

Looks good, clean lines. Runs quietly. ALWAYS delivered damaged, so pick one up at your local Best Buy, do not order for delivery. Refrigerator part tends to ice up when set to 4 or higher (out of 5).

Received in good condition but after unpacking noticed the fridge door is different. I can NOT put any gallon jugs or other large items in the door. That is why I ordered it in the first place. Do NOT like the door redesign!

If you read all the ratings, you will see that the main concern is that when it arrives, has dents/scratches because of the handling, INSIGNIA responds that they will try to prevent it, and they have not do it, i never thought i would have that problem, but i did. It came with a dent. It is so easy for them to tell you to return it to the store, if you are not satisfied, the problem is that it weights, a lot, instead of them picking it up, you have to drive it to the store, loose time, money, because of their fault. DO NOT BUY THIS, UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME AND MONEY TO TAKE IT BACK. I asked for a partial refund, i have not received a response yet.

My old one that was given to me finally broke down, store rep at the store showed me this one and I'm glad she did, keeps items fresh and cold, like the seperate freezer for my frozen meals and stuff. Lots of space a nite light to help see at night, no noise which i love, would buy again excellent product.

We needed a new fridge for our shallow garage, and we wanted one that had a separate freezer compartment. This is the only one on the market that fit those requirements. We waited a while for it to come in stock, but I'm happy we did. We've had it for a few weeks now, and it works great.

We purchased this small refrigerator when our large refrigerator broke. We have this in our garage and it's great for keeping the staple items - milk, eggs, veggies, etc. It's also nice that the freezer is accessed separately.

I purchased this for it's size; my garage isn't very deep and this is the largest fridge I could find and still be shallow enough to still fit my vehicle in the garage. However after having it for a few weeks now, I'm disappointed with it. It cools very unevenly. Anything at the back freezes, while items at the front barely get cool. If I turn it up, the items at the front are cooler, but more freezes at the back. If I turn it down the stuff at the back doesn't freeze but the front items are not cold at all.

I bought this compact refrigerator for my apartment room in college. It's a lot of refrigerator and freezer space for the cost. I can just use it without needing to put any of my perishables in the community refrigerator in the apartment.

Like other reviews noted, my fridge came damaged as well. A large circular dent on the side, scuff marks all over the side, and the bottom wall of one side dented in. The outside packaging wasn't damaged, so it appears this is shoddy quality control at the factory. It is also noisier than a couple other compact fridges I compared it to. It's not so much the hum that's bothersome but the additional 'vibrating' noise from the compressor that's annoying. Lastly, when I purchased it, it was advertised as "Stainless Steel," which it is not...it is plastic made to look like it. But I see now they've updated the item title to say "Stainless Look" instead. I wanted a compact fridge that had a separate freezer compartment and was a little larger than the typical 3.0-3.2cu ft units that are out there. This one seemed to be exactly what what I wanted and is even Energy Star rated and uses less electricity than smaller units. But in the end, I was left disappointed.

A nice little fridge, it's tall but not very deep. Definitely a bigger freezer but you sacrifice fridge space. When I received the fridge there was a little damage but only cosmetic.

This was purchased primarily to be used in a dorm. The fridge section is great but the freezer is really what sold us along with the overall cubic ft. Great product.

I purchased this item for our faculty lounge. It has just enough space and you can remove the shelves to make more space. It has a suitable size freezer to store ice. We actually plan to use it to store some ice cream for a social event this Spring.
