Good size fridge for dorm but has a big dent!

We were disappointed to discover that it has a HIGE dent after we unboxed and moved it into place. Saw them that the box also had a big tear where the dent is. As the move-in process for sons dorm was restricted due to Covid and he’s on the 5th floor, and the dent is at the back, we decided to leave it but disappointing.

I contacted Insignia about this and they said they would send a replacement. I asked them to simply send the the Crisper Drawer but they declined to do so and said they would have to send a another one and take the one they sent back. Insignia used Best Buy again to send the replacement and that one looks ok so far but has a ding in the back. It would of been better if Insignia had sent the fridge directly from them instead.
