I was too lazy to return it week after I purchased it. Called warranty department, but it become too complicated, because I was imagine to bring it 3 floors down by myself, then load the car and bring back to store. The biggest problem is, if something is touching back wall, it freezes 3" deep inside, like it is in the freezer. So, I can't do a full load, to keep everything at least 3" from the back wall. Also, there is an ice on the back wall, and freezer full of ice too. Basically, I had a bad luck with Insignia brand refrigerator.

He told me everything was OK. It was several days before I went out to looked at it and the crisper drawer front was cracked on both sides. The refrigerator is working well but will probably not be able to use the drawer.

Starting week 2 the refrigerator portion developed ice on the back wall and anything that was in the back of the frig froze. The temp dropped down to 22 degrees. After a few hours, it would warm up and the ice melted leaving water to clean up. It continued to freeze and thaw.

Best Buy loaded it onto my car, I loaded it into my daughter’s dorm, no visible damage to the box, no impacts BUT a BIG dent down the middle of the front of the surface. No time to take it back. Just beware it’s easily damaged.
