Neighbors helped me take it up the stairs to open the box. Once the fridge was opened, we noted that 3 of the trays were cracked. Nothing that would prevent it from being functional though. Reached out to insignia, they said return to bestbuy and get a new piece and they will not honor their warranty and send replacement trays for a product broken on delivery. The fridge itself works fine.

I needed more than one refrigerator;because, I’m disabled, unable to get from room to room sometimes, and I live alone. My milk has spoiled 3 times. I kept lowering my home’s temperature thinking that was the problem. Nothing worked. The freezer section started getting a layer of frost in it right away. At least I’m able to keep ice cream and trays in it. The bottom is only used for fruits now. I’m greatly disappointed;&, as a person living on disability, I will not be buying anymore refrigerators or freezers from Best Buy.

Nice but damaged

No damage to the box so it must of been packaged damaged. Best Buy has awful customer service and still hasn’t fixed the problem. It was ordered in July and it is Sept...nothing!!

Their customer support was great and made the process easy. But in the end, the product was junk. The first two arrived dented and so I had to exchange them. Admittedly, I never even tried using them because I knew I wasn't going to keep them. The third and fourth ones did not work. The third just didn't work at all and the fourth worked at first and quickly died within days. I really liked this fridge for the size of both the fridge and freezer. I wish it worked out.

I will be more careful on the future to see what temperatures are actuality registering

Lost a bunch of food. very disappointing. The last mini fridge I owned lasted 10 yrs. Mabey I should have purchased another Igloo. So happy I bought the protection plan.

Nothing the little included scraper couldn't easily remove. That was at the suggested cooling setting. After a few days I bumped it up in temp a tiny bit and then had crazy strong burning plastic smells off and on for the next week, And aboue a week later it's now been on max cooling setting and barely down to 59 degrees according to the fridge thermometer I placed inside. Had to toss all the food inside to be safe. The freezer section has stayed good though so who knows.

It's always had some kind of water or condensation on the inside since I purchased it and I've got it turned all the way up and it still doesn't freeze ice cream. I've had other by this brand and was completely satisfied but this one is different for some reason
