The customer service was really nice and took it back even though it was passed 15 days. Way better than Amazon.

It almost has to be set to "7" in order to keep things from spoiling... It is what it is...unfortunately.

This refrigerator does not get as cold as we would like . We use this as a drink fridge and unfortunately the lowest cold setting is as if we let the drink sit in the standard fridge for a few hours . Would not recommend
