    Has not worked right since the day we plugged it in. This was bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter on December 18. We unpacked it the first week of January, filled it up, and within days, it had stopped cooling, and all the food was ruined. We reset it twice, but again within days all the cooling stopped, both the refrigerator and the freezer. It is now December 18 and we went to return it and they will not accept the return now. $250 down the drain.

    Too noisy and when the item Delivered it was damaged on the bottom, the noise is too loud.

    I was really excited and the size and storage were perfect, but sadly its not working right. I plugged it in and I heard a loud whistle noise already. I waited for 5 minutes to check to see if the noise is going away or not, and also found out that both sides of refrigerator were hot to the touch. So I returned it to the store.

    So far this is terrible. We've only had it plugged in for about 3 weeks and 1/3 of the fridge and most of the freezer was covered in frost ruining wine and other drinks we had in there. It was set on 5 so it shouldn't have done this. I would not recommend it even for the price you will have to thaw it every 2 weeks or more.

    I bought this fridge in September and the freezer is already broken. Doesn’t freeze anything anymore. I didn’t know in the beginning, and my meats all spoiled. I have contacted Insignia/Best Buy 5 times in a week regarding my valid warranty and not one person has helped me with my warranty or of anything for that matter. Very poor and rude customer service and lie a lot.

    Average product, there is humming noise coming and going in few days of plugging in, I guess you get what u pay.

    The compressor is noisy. Can't stand it, going to return this afternoon. I've tried to put an acoustic absorbent pad behind but it doesn't help. Everything is good other than the noise. The package is nice, no dent at all. wires look nice.

    I purchased this mini fridge for my daughter's dorm. Upon opening the crispier drawer is cracked. I notified best buy. Then plugged fridge up for 2 days, the freezer would coll but the fridge never got cold. I called insigna, was told i woulr have a resolution in 5 days, im on day 8 no resolution. Calling again today.

    This refrigerator was purchased on 1/26/24, was delivered on 2/2/24, and quit working over the weekend on 3/9/24. I purchased it for my office. Not only did everything spoil over the weekend, now I have to deal with a return?! What a piece of junk. Save your money. Hopefully Best Buy will handle it.

    Had a hard time getting this order here as first one was lost. When this one finally arrived, it was damaged in freight. Was compensated some for inconvenience of not getting the first one. I forgot about calling in until after return time and the lady said we can only do one adjustment per order. I pointed out to her that adjustment was for not getting the first one but I guess she was to dense to understand. WILL ONLY BUY FROM THEM IF I CAN'T GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Already canceled one order
