    Would not recommend Best Buy in S. Elgin or this f

    The service was extremely poor, and the freezer was dented all along the doors when I opened it. It works ok, but it is loud. Definitely not worth the money.

    All Drinks freeze in the fridge. I bought it while we Are having our kitchen remodeled . I can’t wait to get rid of it

    Told salesman it was for garage. Salesman didn’t tell us refrigerator shuts off in heat or cold. Two days after delivery refrigerator shut off and good spoiled

    disappointing, crisper pools dripping water

    if i put the thermostat on 1, which is the warmest setting, and where i would keep it as it's plenty cold in fridge and freezer, but water will run down the inside back of fridge part and puddle in the crisper drawer. with the it on 2, the next warmest setting, the water will freeze on the inside back fridge wall.

    Less than 1 year of ordering and I am typing this after throwing away food from a dead unit. I checked the site, says 1 year warranty on Insignia products, which is fortunate for them I guess. If you do pull the trigger I would invest in a warranty, which is a sad state of affairs when paying several hundred dollars for a product.

    Makes odd noise all the time , but biggest problem is the freezer without touching any settings and doors tightly shut , food will be frozen almost too solid one day and melted the next. Ice cream for example will melt inside wrapper and too frozen to eat it next day

    Water running down the back if fridge. Got another one same exact thing happened. Will be returning the newer one also. Total nightmare. No customer service to call back. Returning it to the store. Have to rent a truck to return.

    Fridge did not have a power cord! Had to carry it up three flights, find this out and go back down to exchange. What the heck!

    Despite there being a sign directly above where they left the package directing them to the rear building and also having the delivery special instruction on the order. If my son had not been here I could have never gotten it across the courtyard and up the stairs. With rain to boot. Very disappointed with OnTrac

    I ordered this refrigerator, received 4 in a row damaged from the BB Warehouse. The store manager was amazing to work with. He was more frustrated than I was. I went through every available product & still don’t have a fridge.
