    Received defective product, sweat on the back wall. Received replacement product also sweat on the back wall plus cosmetics damage due to shipping. We follow every step from the instruction to handle and install. Give feedback twice to Best Buy since 7/12/2020 but still no respond from Best Buy.

    This was not worth bringing home, I bought it July 26,2022 , It went out November 14,2022 , the warranty was only good for 50 days so wasted My money

    This refrigerator leaks constantly, has horrible condensation build-up in the refrigerator because the door doesn't seal properly. I'm so mad I missed the return date for this. I hate it, it was a waste of money and now I'll have to spend more money to somehow fix it.

    It stopped getting cold 2 years later. I cant get best buy to come out and get it for me to bring back to the store because they dont do that bi am unable yo bring it down the stairs. I am an elite member and this is how they treat me

    Freezer works great but the fridge part stays @ 50 even on the lowest setting. If you want anything in there other than drinks you might want to get another fridge for food.
