My Unit arrived 2 weeks ago delivered by UPS. Shipping Carton showed no significant damage but unfortunately once unpacked, several major dents to edge on lower left side. Stainless Steel Refrigerator and Freezer Doors, Top, Right Side and both Glass Shelves and Plastic Vegetable Drawer all in perfect condition, Purchased Unit on Best Buy`s Ebay Store at a huge sale with $100 off! Got the last one of 10 on what I assumed was a discontinued Item. Despite the fact that basically (all) Compact Refrigerators are made by 2 or 3 Manufacturers in China, this Insignia 4.3 cu ft Unit is best in class especially compared to the Igloo/Magic Chef Twins. My Unit is in my Kitchen as a back-up Refrigerator and despite a few reviews that claim the compressor was noisy, mine is whisper quiet and can't be heard when running. Contacted both Ebay and Best Buy and they immediately offered either a refund or a replacement. I want the Refrigerator and didn't want the hassle of packing it up and attaching the Return Shipping Label or finding a way to haul it over to my closest Best Buy Store. Since the dents appeared to be cosmetic and it was going to be hidden with a Stainless Steel Recycling Can, rather then risk getting a replacement that was in the same or worse condition, I called Best Buy Appliance Customer Service and they offered me a $25 refund to close the Case. I accepted and considering I only paid $169 for it with Free Shipping, I felt it was a fair settlement. Only wish it had an Auto Defrost feature but in this class of Compact Refrigerators, Manual Defrost is the norm.

I've used this mini fridge before and at the sale price of $150, just buy it - It's worth the $250+ sticker price. Plenty of storage on the inside, keeps things nice and cool. I notice some have had small issues that are common with refrigerator purchases, but Best Buy will correct these issues quickly with their support. I strongly recommend getting the Geek Squad coverage for this as even with the added protection price you are coming out way ahead compared to other mini fridges of this quality. I can't recommend it enough.

We bought this mini refrigerator for my daughter's dorm room. She really likes the height of this fridge because it's taller versus wider, so takes up less space in a small room. There is plenty of room to store a gallon jug on the bottom shelf along with many other food items items.

Bought this for my sons room in his college apartment with terrible roommates. This was perfect for him to be able to eat the food he buys and pays for. Perfect size. Id compare it to an RV type of fridge. Works and looks great!

So far so good. After about a month, no issues. Pick up was smooth, pretty good packaging. I like the interior design which helps to maximize its capacity. Smooth and quiet running.

This fridge is so great. Gets pretty cold. Freezer and fridge is very spacious.

Bought for my young adult children for meal prep storage separately from our regular fridge and it’s just a perfect size. We put it in our garage so it’s easy to grab their lunch for work and school.

4.3 CU FT MINI FRIDGE (INSIGNIA) RECIEVED 2 weeks ago in good condition, let it set 48 hrs leveled and plugged it in. COOLED DOWN QUICKLY, 40 F fridge, 0 F freezer. Time will tell about reliability So far all is good

Great size, holds Temp very well. Freezer is awesome. It came with clear crisper drawer busted in 2 places. Store says they can't just get drawer :-( bring it in and we will replace it (that means rent a truck and load it up. Online customer service was happy to send a new Fridg. because they don't have parts (drawer) really !???!

I bought this for my son who’s going back to college and we tried it out and it’s a nice little fridge that can fit a lot of essential food. Ideal for 1 or 2 bottles and has a good size freezer too.

Purchased this fridge about a year ago. It still works great. I only have 2 issues with it, and 1 is a non-issue. First issue (non-issue), although it is a very nice size fridge, I outgrew it. It eventually became too small, and I needed more freezer space as well. It does keep everything cold, but because I keep it set on high the freezer tends to over frost up, which I was told should not be happening. I chipped away almost 1/4 inch of frost around all edges a few days ago, but that was probably at least a month's worth of build up.

This is perfect for my office space. The freezer is big enough to hold items without packing them in. the fridge has plenty of area to store things as well.
