I got a text the day before confirming and also at 6:30am the morning of delivery. It never arrived and they never called. When I called they had no explanation. And if I rescheduled they couldn’t give me a time until the night before delivery. And the earliest delivery is a week from now. It seems since they messed up the delivery, my delivery should be a priority. They should be delivering it the very next day with apologies. With all the technology items they sell you would think they would have a phone to call the customer when a delivery is cancelled. You would also think they would have a better system in scheduling their deliveries. I have talked with two people with Best But and neither one will make this right. Can’t add a photo since it wasn’t delivered.

Daughter said it smelled even though the cleaned it numerous times. Food even tasted funny. When we went to visit we were very upset about how warm the fridge was. Called Best Buy and was told they have a 15 day return policy. What a waste of money and had to also throw all food out. Disappointed that even BB customer service rep said it sounded like a malfunction and that it is probably leaking refrigerant. It never worked properly.

I actually turned the setting in the fridge to maximum (7) to see how cold it would get and it got so cold that things inside would freeze. I put ice cream in the freezer section and when I went to eat it, it would be hard as a brick (almost too cold), but I didn't mind and would just let it thaw out for 20 minutes or so before eating. 1 month later, I went to drink some soda out of this fridge and it was barely cold (I had turned the setting down to the 5 1l2 to 6 range). So I turned it back up to maximum setting, 7, for the past couple of weeks and it made no difference. Still barely cold and not even close to when I first got this. So yeah, I'm disappointed with the quality of this product. I definitely expected it to last a LOT longer than 1 month. I mean, I bought a full-sized fridge 11 years ago and it still works great. Obviously this is a manufacturer issue and NOT Best Buy's fault, but still.

Beware of what you're getting
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered online and received the refrigerator a few days later. However, after unpacking and setting up the fridge, I noticed that the plastic drawer at the bottom (lettuce crisper) was busted in several places. The drawer was secured in place and could only have been busted BEFORE it was placed in the fridge. I have just been informed that they cannot replace the drawer in that Best Buy does carry any replacement parts for this item. My only option is to repack the fridge and send it back. Since I do not have a strapping machine to repack and secure the Box the way it was sent, I guess I'm screwed.
