    This is the second time we have bought a refrigerator from Best Buy for our daughters. Both of them came with multiple dents. When we contacted the store, we were told there was nothing to be done. The dents must have been there when it was packaged because the box was not damaged.

    Mine makes a lot of noise. I don’t know if there’s just something wrong with mine but it’s is constantly making these weird noises. I was hoping it would go away after a few days since I just got it about a week ago but it’s still doing it. And it’s constant.

    Received open unboxed. Transported for son to college dorm. After turning on it makes so much noise had to move to common area to sleep

    Damaged in transit !!!

    I guess I should have heeded the reviews but thought B/B had fixed the problem. Wrong!!!!! I unboxed the fridge today and there are two dents. One not too bad but the other is significant. It is on the top right of the freezer. Right in the corner. Got a B/B charge card. I will be notifying the local B/B tomorrow. Thanks for nothing !!!!!

    Ordered this because it would fit in the space I had. Depth was stated as 16.3", it is actually 20" deep and will not fit.

    This refrigerator is junk. We bought this and had it for 2 months and it stopped. Finally after alot of fighting they replaced it. The new worked for a 6 months and has completely stopped working!!
