My favorite compartment is the freezer with ice tray and it keeps things frozen. I would recommend.

The manual says you have to defrost the fridge every three months, but it may be more often. The refrigerator works great and keeps everything cool or frozen. It has plenty of space for my daughter at college. I read a lot of reviews on the settings and have had no problems with it set at "4".

The freezer compartment has enough storage space. I rent a room in the basement and the size is just perfect enough. But the bottom part where we put vegetables has not enough storage space. . The only problem was it has dent on the side when i opened the box. It will be inconvinient for me to return for replacement so i just have to keep it. However it works very well and the price is affordable.

We bought this for my daughter’s dorm, it is roomy and holds a full sized Britta pitcher and immediately started getting cold (had tiny ice trays frozen within an hour of plugging in). There were some shipping issues, a small corner piece of the shelf guard was broken, and there was a dent in the bottom of the door, as well as another one the side.

I have a fridge thermometer to monitor the temp and it has been consistent in keeping the temp within the safe range. I have it set on 5 and seems the perfect setting for fridge and freezer. Would definitely recommend this Mini Fridge. Also is very quiet.

Plus, it came with a mini ice cube tray that was super handy actually! Overall the Insignia™ - 4.3 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator is exactly what I needed, and at a really good deal that didn't break my budget. I definitely recommend it!
