Great size for a small laundry closet. Dryer does great.

So this dryer has done a great job. It's easy to care for and has a good drying time. I like that it's a Best Buy brand because they know how to service their own products so it's easier to get questions answered.

Its a nice compact dryer, but it doesn't put out a lot of heat, it takes quite a while for your items to dry & I have tried all the temp settings.

STAY AWAY!!! Insignia is the worst possible brand to purchase. Overall customer service is TERRIBLE, NOONE locally works on these units (except for Geek Squad apparently, but after reviewing other reviews, they too seem unable to work on them) and parts are almost impossible to find, much less view. No diagrams of the unit or troubleshooting videos are available, as they are with almost EVERY other washer/dryer in the world. Neither Insignia, Best Buy or PartStore.com are able to show photos of parts when requested. I've spent hours on the phone with all three of these companies, and at the end of they day I realized, they just don't care. PLEASE spend a little bit more money and purchase something else elsewhere. I would give this ZERO stars if I could.

This was a great option for a dryer that does require a vent.

It works great and is ventless. It is easy to drain the water and clean out the filters.

Installation was a breeze. Well priced, Great features and handles our needs like a larger more expensive unit. Store personnel were perfectly helpful

It’s an interesting dryer. I wasn’t looking for a ventless dryer, but the feature does work nice. It’s small, and if I had another option I would have gotten a bigger dryer but it is effective in drying my clothes.

This is the worst dryer I've ever purchased. I've had it nearly a year now. Drying a small load takes a very long time. I've tried every setting, reducing load size, etc. Drying two high quality towels takes nearly three hours, which is unbelievable. I only purchased it because I needed a narrower dryer to fin in the space. I would not recommend this dryer.

Great product! Fits great on our manufactured home. Since space is limited. Was able to stack on top of washer to get more ctorage in closet

Very excited with my new drayer, but desappointed, with the door. I can't flip the door. Now the washer open to the left, and the dryer to the right. Very desappointed.

Easy to use. Takes more time than a traditional dryer but definitely worth purchasing. I use it in a space where I rent and am not allowed to put an outdoor vent so this dryer is perfect!

This little dryer packs a lot of punch. I bought a washer/dryer combo at first only to find out that the dryer part of the combo is junk, had to hang dry most of the clothes that came out of it. We were limited on space an had no venting so when I saw this on open box deal I grabbed it. Glad we did because it has a small footprint and fits just perfectly next to my little combo washer/dryer.

I am very impressed with this dryer! We purchased it due to space constraints, and we were not certain of how it operated - but we took a chance. We were very pleasantly surprised by how efficient and powerful this little dryer is.

Being a ventless dryer i was aware it would take longer to dry the clothes. I am amazed at how long. About 2 hours for a load of 6 towels. We are not in a hurry, and i like the dryer
