This is NOT an energy efficient system of drying clothes. It’s also not the washer dryer set I wanted, I ordered/paid for the LG model, a few days later they called me and said they didn’t have them in stock, said the Insignia would be just as good… it’s not. I will be looking to return these.

The tech couldn't figure out what was wrong. I would not buy this model, and if you insist on buying this model, consider an extended warranty because it is garbage. I feel completely ripped off. Almost $800 wasted.
