It was obviously dropped. Customer service keeps making me call back saying the status has not updated in their system. However online the status shows delivered. Very frustrating!

Best Buy installed the dryer for me a few days ago and no one from the geek squad or help desk team is able to assist me with my question. The manual states the water reservoir must be emptied after each drying cycle. If the support team could assist, I would greatly appreciate this as I just spent 1.5 hrs on the phone with no answer and had to schedule an apt to review my machine.

Appliance repair stated it was one of the worst built dryers he's ever seen and that it will cause anyone numerous problems in the future. If you do purchase, make sure you buy extended warranty or protection.

I tried on every cycle and with multiple types of loads and things still weren't getting dried. Just as a test, I put in a single damp (not wet) hand towel. After nearly 2 HOURS on the "towel" setting it came out still damp. Completely unacceptable. Stay away from this product.

Everytime I put clothes in this dryer, the lint light comes on. Then the dryer stops Even though there is no lint in the lint tray. I returned it for another name brand.
