We have two in our home but also do wash for a four year old. The size is just fine for us would be small for a bigger family. We first had issues with the drying, but the secret is ventilation. There are two filters, one in the drum and the bottom one behind the little door. These should be cleaned frequently; every day is good. Air flow is the key to the drying and if the filters are cleaned the drying time is comparable with a vented dryer and the clothes come out warm and snuggly. I would buy again but hope a little larger size was available.

My first Insignia dryer went kaput after only three years. My second has gone kaput after only three months. It has a lot of capacity but can barely dry a half-size load. Towels or sheets? Forget about it, it takes ages. I hate this dryer.

They installed it incorrectly, the dryer did not dry clothes all the way. I bought tons of appliances t through them as a business owner that does real estate and get the service plan. They had to come out over and over and now the service plan expired a couple of weeks ago and the whole thing is shot.
