Not very cold (even on max)

The knob to control the temp is pushed at an angle a bit since I got it so idk if that’s the reason or not. It rotates just fine and is on MAX but barely gets under 50. My mini fridge @ work is much colder. I’d return it but it’s big (have to put down seats) and the box was already tossed.
