I picked my fridge up from the store, so can’t comment to delivery experience. Upon unpackaging the product is free of scrapes/dents, etc- flawless as you would expect. Thus far I am pleased with the function as well- it cools as you would expect, runs quietly and I have had no problems! I would recommend!

I love this refrigerator! It has so much storage and it has a beautiful, sleek design. It really has such a modern, stylish look and it does a wonderful job keeping everything nice and cold. Highly recommend.

I purchased this refrigerator as a backup to my main one. I was able to setup the refrigerator within minutes. As mentioned in instructions, this refrigerator cooled to necessary temperature within a few hours. And it has been working so well since the initial setup. It has more space than what I anticipated. I am able to easily fit two gallons of milk and lots of additional stuff. It is working great for extra beverages at home with its dedicated rack on the side door for beverages. The look and finish of this refrigerator is also great.

This mini fridge is very roomy and sleek. It's very quiet and the perfect size for my office. Highly recommend!

Great little fridge. Using it in my office in one of our conference rooms and is the perfect size for our office.

We have had about 3 weeks of experience with this model. We are on our second one, after exchanging the first one thinking there was something wrong with it. For the most part we really like it. Since it has no freezer there is a great amount of inside space for a fridge with this exterior size. It has a light inside which is nice. We were attracted to this model because we like the idea of no freezer. But having no freezer looks like it will require more maintenance steps. We had two other mini fridges before this model. Those two had the crude little freezer compartment which occasionally required defrosting. We never used the freezer, but it did capture condensation in the frost. With no freezer it appears this one was designed to handle condensation in a different way. At the back of the bottom shelf inside there is a trough where water collects. There is a drain hole next to the trough where water goes down when it gets too full. The water goes down the drain hole into a drain tray that sits in the back of the fridge on top of the compressor. I guess theory is the heat from the compressor will evaporate the water. But after 4 days we had an inch of water in the drain tray, with it continuing to rise. There is no way that water would have evaporated (And we live in the dry climate of Arizona). At this point we exchanged it for the second one. But after a couple days we found the water level again rising in the drain tray. Routinely checking the drain tray is a hassle since the tray is only accessible from the back, and the fridge needs to be moved away from the wall to check it. Not wanting to worry about an overflowing drain tray, we have put a sponge inside in the trough at the back of the bottom shelf. This has been preventing water from going down into the drain tray. But this is certainly not an ideal design. The manual says almost nothing about the drain tray, and nothing about emptying water from it. Insignia technical support was of no help, with no knowledge other than reading me what I had already read in the manual.

Mini Fridge came in good condition. It is a very sleek looking unit with a glass looking front door. Working well so far, but I am having to run it close to the maximum setting on the temperature dial to maintain a below 40 degree temp in the unit. I am hoping this will not shorten the life of the compressor unit. I can hear it turning on and shutting down frequently, but the unit is fairly quiet. It is very roomy on the inside and fits in the space I where I had planned to put it.

This runs very quietly. It's in my bedroom, and it doesn't awaken me even though I usually wake up very easily. I ordered it online and never went to the store to look at it. It is actually very spacious, much more than I expected. I ordered it without a freezer on purpose and am glad that I did. You can move the shelves up or down. It has a nice crisper. There's plenty of room in the door. Shorter condiments can be put in the door rather than pop. I would definitely buy it again.

Bought for kids dorm room! Keeps drinks and snacks cool. Looks great. Built solid, no door issues.

This small fridge holds a lot of contents, and it keeps everything cold. It is really coming in very handy while I wait for my main refrigerator's compressor to be replaced. The fridge is barely a year old and the compressor dies?? Anyway, that is a different topic. The part is on backorder, and I am truly grateful for this mini fridge because it is helping us manage as much as its size possibly could.

the unite is spacious enough for a large pizza box and tons of drinks. everything still stays cold ad recommended temperature setting

The Insignia glass door mini fridge has been working very well since or purchase in January. We haven't had any issues. It cools drinks and food on all settings cool-coldest. NOT having a freezer compartment is a huge benefit for keeping more drinks and food inside without the hassle of the freezer icing up.

It has plenty of space for random snacks and your favorite drinks!

It exceeded my expectations, the refrigerator fits so much food in there I bought it as a holdover until my large one could be delivered and I'm glad I did and I and it works wonderful I moved it to a spare bedroom and use and I'm using it for overflow it It just works out brilliantly

I wanted a refrigerator only, no freezer compartment. This Insignia fit the bill perfectly. It looks good, has a lot of storage space, a nice light and cools very well. It had some nicer features than the more expensive brands. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
