It's a great washer with a lot of features that I have used already. I bought this in January and have been very happy with the insignia brand. I bought my dragon first guy dryer first, and now I have the washer. The only thing negative I have to say is that sometimes my clothes don't get as clean as they would with an agitator washer.

Love that it has a feature to save my favorite wash setting and its quiet :)

Only issue dropped it a star is that on high speed when it's fully loaded it has a tendency to shake this is normal for washers but it is even on all sides. It can just be loud and be carefully of what's on top.
