Great washer I’ve never had one this nice with these features the price made it possible. It is tall tho for my wife only reason it didn’t get a five star rating .

Compared to other brands, you can't beat the value and quality of Best Buy's Insignia products. Make sure you follow install instructions and make sure it is level! Other reviewers claim theirs leaks, but it all comes down to having the machine leveled properly.

We've had this washer for a few weeks now, and done at least 20 washes of all sizes. Zero complaints. It's well balanced and doesn't knock excessively. If it does knock it evens itself out quickly. The digital display is a nice touch. I really enjoy the amount of customization it provides. There's even built in catch cubbies in the bottom of the tank that collect any change or loose items you may have forgotten in your pockets. Sure there's better washers, but not at this price in my opinion.

Purchased this washer to replace a Whirlpool Cabrio. Must say, I'm really impressed with the quiet operation and efficiency of this washer. Positive point is the clear lid. I have been sold on impeller vs. agitator washers for a long time, less stress put on the clothing material. Starting the washer, the impeller moves the clothes around and "senses" the load. Water fill is visible, allowing one to monitor water flow eliminating restricted/dirty water filter causing down time with the washer. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend. Simplistic operation.

Purchased in June 2021. This is a very easy to use washer and does large loads. I really like how many wash options there are, one for most every wash type or need. Decently quiet and appears to be energy efficient using less water. It is a bit taller that our previous traditional top load washer, which makes reaching in to the bottom of the wash drum challenging, but it is not too problematic.

This washer can wash a large load. It is great for washing comforters and large items as well. It is efficient and has many settings to choose from. I love this washer.

I am so pleased with my new washer. I am a massage therapist and wash 8 sheet sets and blankets daily. I love the no agitator feature as my old machine would get sheets stuck and tear them.

So far so good. This replaced a Samsung top load washer that had been having problems. This brand is a Best Buy brand but is actually made by LG. It's not as quite as the last washer, but so far is working fine.

I am happy with my purchase. Very efficient and easy to use.

This product is far superior to others that I looked into. I have a nephew that is an appliance repair guy and this is the one that he recommended. He told me that other repair guys will not even look at an LG or a Samsung. At least I know if something goes wrong with this machine the service techs will come out.

This item was purchased as a Christmas present for my dear sister. Her washer had stopped working and she is a hard working mother of 3. Due to the extra expenses of the holiday season she was unable to purchase a replacement. She is thrilled with the quality and performance of her new washer. The delivery experience was exceptional.

Bought this for our house, large family. Energy efficient, extra large capacity (we're finding we can do one load, what used to take two loads), really looks nice as well. I like the fact that it is large so you can put big items in it when needed. Nothing poking up in the middle of the tub. Now the down side is because of that when it spins the items in the center fan out like a pancake and stretch.
