Technician came to try to fix but unfortunately no parts were available to make repair. BestBuy offered an exchange, I make the exchange for a different bland. I will never buy INSIGNIA products.

Weve been going back and forth with support. They finally are replacing this oven with a different brand as this one is discontinued.
