At first glance it doesn't look like a cheap stove but after 4 months of use the 2 main burners had to be replaced. There was also a problem with the stove's computer making it the stove top not regulate the temperature of the burner, it was either on or off many times the burner would not turn on at all. The bottom drawer doesn't sit well and was definitely an afterthought because it is hard to pull out and when it does come out it just flops out. I had no problem with the oven just the stove top. I did return the product and got a different brand stove.

Thought is there, but huge disappointment

We used the stove for 5 months and the circuit board went out, no repair techs available in the area. Had to get a replacement range, did NOT go with another insignia.

The stove was installed by Best Buy. They said it just shorted out. The whole connection inside the stove was melted and burned. The didn't have a like model to replace it so I had to pay more money for a different stove.
