I absolutely loved this stove when I first purchased. The air fryer feature was my favor. But after 4 months the stove top cracked on one burner. I contacted best buy with my warranty and they could not find a repair person but was able to get approval for a new unit.

I’ve had this stove for 1 1/2 years. I really love the look of the stove and the convection oven feature. Unfortunately the front right knob broke off (I believe it’s the dual energy switch that needs replaced). Unfortunately I cannot find this part anywhere. I was told that this is a Canadian model stove that was never intended for US consumers. I’d really like to be able to get this fixed so I can enjoy the stove.

I love my new appliance. It cooks my food evenly inside the oven or on top of the range. I certainly made a great choice. Only thing that I'm a little disappointed about is being able to change the volume on the range for the alarms and timer.

Toxin smoke is unbearable

We're very alarmed at the amount of smoke to smells terrible and fills our entire home every time we've used the oven. We've used it about 4 times since we got it a few weeks ago and it doesn't seem ok. Really worrisome with all that toxin smell that it can't be right or acceptable. Probably will need to return it.

I bought this stove when remodeling the house. Box was dented upon delivery. It sounded like an airplane taking off after it was installed and I used the cooktop. Best Buy came out and fixed it but it took 3 trips and now it is burning everything I put in the oven even at low temps of 225 degrees. Burns the top of food and does not cook the bottom.

One of the burners no longer works. It constantly beeps as if there is something wrong. Troubleshoot using the guide still doesn’t work properly. Have owned for less than a year amd had been problems from the beginning.
