Good product but horrible service at Bestbuy

The freezer is a good size not much to complain about. The fridge after I cleared all the ice it worked great. I would give a zero starts though to the employee who kept making every excuse in the world to not bring the mini fridge out and even asking me if I knew what I ordered when the only thing I ordered was this fridge so how am I not gonna know what I ordered. He thought it wouldn't fit inside my car when I had already taken measurements.

I really love that the refrigerator portion is on the top so you don't have to bend down to get things out of it.

Unit was easy to lift with 2 people and set up was easy. Works as expected, have not noticed any flaws. Miniscule dent on the back but which is unnoticeable unless you are looking for it - based on other reviews, it appears that dents are are common issues. Bottom freezer keeps things frozen, top fridge keeps things cool. No problems so far within the month of using.

It gets the job done. Refrigerator was nice and cold within the first 2 hours plugged in empty. Ice tray was frozen within 45 minutes. The draws are made of very thin plastic that can break or crack easily so caution is needed there. The reason for the 2 stars was because upon unboxing the unit, The power cord was wrapped, tucked and tied to the compressor tubing which wasn't a great idea for Insignia to do. I had to take my time to remove the wire tie, then untangle then un-snake the cable through the compressor lines very carefully so that I do not break them. Very nerve wrecking especially how tightly the cord was jammed in there. Other than that. it kept drinks and food items nice and chilled.
