Although the unit so far seems to work okay (approximately one month after delivery) the product was damaged and shipped to my home in that condition. Several dents were evident on exterior; apparently a common problem per other reviews. To make matters worse the company only offered up to $30.00 off in compensation (stated that I was outside their window for ‘returns’); however I made several calls about the problem which I had to terminate after lengthy “hold” times and poor customer service. I for one will be looking to avoid future purchases from a multi-million dollar company that doesn’t stand behind its products/services and offers such poor customer service. Buyer beware! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good fridge. I like insignia brand items. Its been a year since i bought this fridge, and its holding up very well. Good for one person or maybe two. Space is limited, so you have to be on throwing away leftovers or old food. But overall I like this fridge.

The fridge arrived dented and damaged, with deep gouge marks. Customer service was not helpful. I requested a replacement to be delivered and the damaged one picked up and returned. Replacement arrived and it was dented and damaged again! The UPS driver said it was not caused by him and he believed that it was damaged at the warehouse. Best Buy, check on your employees at your warehouse! They must be tossing these fridges around like trash, not handling them with care. After reading other reviews, it seems like a common problem! I recommend any buyer who orders it to be delivered to inspect the fridge on the spot before the delivery person leaves. The second time I opened it up right away and showed the delivery driver the dents and damaged, and had the guy take it away along with the first one.

Pretty great fridge as a temporary for my new home while my Samsung is being delivered. Does freeze too much as opposed to the fridge cooling.

This little fridge is adorable and holding up very well. I wish it was more room in the upper fridge part, but that is only because my pets food take up most of the space.

First fridge had 4-5 dents and a broken drip tray. Customer support offered only 10% refund, which was not enough, so I had them send another one instead. The 2nd fridge also had dents, but not as bad or as many. For the inconvenience, I was offered a $50 gift card. On both fridges, the freezer is in a good temp range, but not the refrigerator section. Per FDA, freezer should be 0F and refrigerator 40F. My freezer ranges from -11F to 10F, usually around -5F, and refrigerator is from 37F - 49F, usually around 44F.

I love this mini fridge! Perfectly designed and keeps items super cold, even in high temperatures. I highly recommend this product.

Fridge arrived based on the expected delivery date. It has a small dent on the side. But overall, it's working as expected.
