Put the temp at 3 then 2 & it developed ice inside of top shelf. Sending it back for a replacement. Liking everything else.

After being delayed in shipping it arrived with the top corner smashed in. No damage to the box so the damage happened before it was boxed? Another sent in the middle of the right side. Other then that it looks pretty good

Dented product received... I read some molar reviews of dented products but thought it was probably exceptions...but there seems to be a systematic failure in the delivery of product... Very disappointed

At first it was very good but after 4 months it started to make a lot of ice in the bottom and on top

I bought this for almost 300 dollars. I ordered it online and they promised to have it delivered on a certain date, but then I found out later that my order wasn't scheduled for delivery at all. Then I contacted the customer service, got it delivered finally. After couple days of using, the fridge had uneven cooling. It build up ice at one corner, and as time goes by, the ice is getting larger like tumor! I don't know if the delivery team put the fridge laying down during delivery or that's how this frige is. I am not satisfied with this purchase at all!

Arrived on time but came dents and broken parts, very disappeared!!

How do I get help for warranty issues. The unit is freezing stuff in upper part of unit. I need help to replace or repair this unit. Can someone help me please

I have a problem with moisture building inside of fridge. On back of it

The 7 cuft insignia refrigerator/ freezer we bought 3 years ago is still running perfect, and it freezes Bluebell ice cream better than our full size. Very quiet operation and we love the fridge being on top, with freezer at the bottom! Perfect size for the refreshments in our bedroom! Would purchase it again in the future, and thanks again Best Buy team for bringing it to our truck and loading it, almost as we pulled up to park. Y'all keep up the customer service. We'll be back in the future! Thanks.

I just love it! It looks super sleek, fits perfectly in my space, and the bottom freezer is way bigger than I expected. It’s quiet, keeps everything cold, and doesn’t use much energy. Honestly, it feels like a full-size fridge but mini — perfect for my home office!

Excellent for small spaces. Took some time to cool the first time but works great after. I also found the space very well designed for normal home items that need to be kept cold like beers, meet, juice, ice trays and eggs.

Purchased this item to use in the garage for additional capacity. It is great having the refrigerator section on top. Each glass shelf easily holds 18 aluminum beverage cans. The storage on the door handles taller containers. The three drawers in the freezer section pull out (Nice!) and the top drawer is thin, perfect for holding frozen bacon or a package of frozen vegetables. The stainless-steel exterior is a perfect match for the stainless-steel exterior of the laundry tower that it sits next to. The unit cooled quickly, once powered, and appears to hold temperature without having to run very often.

I am greatly surprised by this smaller refrigerator. It is very quiet. Maybe a little too quiet which made me keep checking on the items I placed inside it the first few days. The items in the freezer were indeed frozen, and the items in the frig part were indeed cooled. Surprisingly you don't hear any fan or air blowing current like you would on a large refrigerator/freezer unit. The unit is attractively styled, and I am glad to have it for my food items I need space for. A good choice for any crowded or small house hold. You can put the unit in most any room. It is not too big, and can move around easy. I do wish it was a little taller like what the box was, but foam protection is inside the box. The unit had no dents or external damage like some reviews had me worried about. The extended delay by the shipping carrier actually concerned me, and I was anticipating the unit to be damaged like what other reviewers had written about. Unboxing it, the unit looked good externally. I did have an internal nudge damage on a shelf level where the sliding shelf is, but thankfully it doesn't appear too bad or noticeable. Overall I am happy with the Insignia refrigerator.

Bought this fridge because my main one broke down. It is a great value vs. $ - The bottom will freeze whatever you put in there fast. The top part not that fast, but it maintains a good temperature. It looks very modern. I liked the drawer system for the bottom, it let's you stuff more things in there and it is great, due to the restriction on space. This would be great for a college room or for a 1 -2 person apartment.

Works great… lots of space… the freezer being on the bottom is the best feature

I love my new refrigerator! I originally purchased a Magic Chef from a home improvement store. It was damaged upon arrival, hard to regulate temp, and I did not like how low the fridge was. Because of my 1st experience, I opted for a totally different one (i.e., different store and different product). My entire experience with Best Buy was amazing! I love this fridge! The temperature regulation is easy to set for the fridge and freezer, I love that the fridge is on top (I don't have to bend so low to access my regular items), and its a little larger (just the right size for me).

We wanted an extra freezer & mini fridge combo, but this will not work for us. It would be great for 1 person, or someone who doesn't buy much food. The freezer drawers are pretty flimsy. The freezer itself does freeze good - and cooled down very quickly. And the appliance itself looks great. We picked ours up in the store, so fortunately there were NO dents. It looks good, is a good price and for the right person - it will be perfect.

Great product, great service, great price. It's very VERY spacious. Well-thought-out design. Whisper quiet; so quiet that you have to open the door to see the light on to verify if it's running. The freezer has 3 plastic bins sitting on top of the freezer shelves ; each shelf has a freezer coil Built-in. That's Old school intelligent! I cannot say enough good things about Best Buy policies and the Best Buy employees. This experience has made Best Buy my number one go to for all my electronics, and anything else that I may need; I will check Best Buy 1st.

I love everything about this mini fridge. We have it in the bar area of our home, and bought a counter top ice maker. The top freezer bin is great for ice! Bottom freezer bin for whatever else I need. Refrigerator door is big enough for 2 liter bottles, juice and 12 oz beer or soda, and it has a crisper drawer for limes and oranges and such. Top shelf holds 16 bottles of water, 2nd shelf can hold three 1.5 liter bottles of alcohol. Very attractive and a great price.

I purchased the Insignia™ - 4.9 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge with Bottom Freezer - Stainless steel. I read many reviews saying the product arrived with package damage and product damage. Mine arrived with 2 men carrying it in on a dolly, I had them place it just inside my front door. I asked for no set up or removal of my old one. Specs say the boxed fridge weighs 77 lbs. I am an older female (57 yrs, 140 lbs) and I was able to use the plastic tie straps on the box to slide it to where I wanted it. I cut the straps, sliced down one corner side of the box and removed the cardboard, There was NO damage to the outside packaging or to the fridge, itself. Inside the cardboard it had 4 Styrofoam pieces, the length/height of all four corners and it sat based on a styrofoam bottom. It's taller (about 47 in, so a little top heavy for one person with not much upper body strength) than my old one so I did need help picking it up from the floor and placing it on top of a square bedside table. I removed the cord from being tucked into the back side and plugged it in. Immediately, I could feel it starting to cool inside. I placed an ice pack in the freezer drawer and a bottle Diet Coke in the fridge door. In less than an hour, both were properly cooled. It's quiet. I can't hear it, at all. The light in the upper fridge compartment is an extra plus, for me. There is only one temp control button, located in the top part. It was set/taped down at 3 and I turned it down to 2 after reading reviews. It has been 5 hours since I turned it on and when I open the door I can see that little "fog air" blast you see when opening a freezer in a warm space. All the bad reviews about damage...I guess...depend on who delivers your item. I am completely happy with this product, my delivery and the folks who delivered it. I live in a house as old as me with outdated electrical wiring...where plugging in a toaster can sometimes flip a breaker. This is plugged in to my bedroom and since I plugged it in I have vacuumed the carpet and used my plug in heater...not one tripped breaker, yet. I am posting this review because I rely on reviews when I buy anything. I hope it might be useful to someone else. Damage happens, in transit. I got lucky. I hope you do, too!
