Went into Best Buy to replace a Vizio Smart TV remote, and walked out with a simple yet functional universal remote. Works for my TV, Blue-Ray player, and AT&T U-Verse cable box. Excellent purchase.

Was able to easily connect the remote my tv's that did not have cable - but was not able to connect to TV that has cable. Was also able to connect to DVD player. Basic universal - good price - not good instructions.

Here you go, for all the dads that are sick of trying to find the remote that has been lost for days. This right here will get ya back up and running. Beefy like a Taco Bell burrito, this unit isn't gonna slip between the couch cushions. Programs up to even old TVs no problem.

Great TV Remote that is somewhat easy to program If you follow the directions. At first, I did not and had to go back to the beginning to make it function correctly. From that point on....no problems. A good price for a quality remote with lots of options.

I didn't want to spend too much money, but I wanted a functional remote to replace the DVD remote I lost (and, of course, found shortly after buying this: The best way to find something you've lost is to buy its replacement). I had no trouble programming it, it works fine, it controls everything I've asked it to. I particularly like the ease of programming. I always bring a universal remote with me when I travel. Some hotels use these remotes that couldn't pick their nose, let alone pick an input. If I want to hook my laptop into the TV, I want the option to do so. Sometimes these "hotel remotes" don't allow for that function, although I've never seen a TV that couldn't select different inputs. Travelling with your own remote pretty much puts an end to that, IF you can get it to hook up with the hotel TV. I've had remotes that were a pain to program, that wouldn't work with certain brands, whatever. However, this one does everything I've asked it to do with an ease of operation that I truly appreciate.

Some of my TV's came with the little Roku remotes, which got lost in the couch, got stolen by the dog, or was ran off with by the toddler, so this is really great to have a larger size to be able to keep track of. Easy to program and has held up the years. Would purchase again.

this was our second remte purchased this time around. the first one had too many functions for our needs. this one has 4 and is exactly what we were looking for. it has the ability to program the volume key to operate only one device (like the tv) so that no matter what function you are in, you can still adjust the volume. the only thing i would like it to do that it does not, is light up. but we knew that when we bought it. programming was super easy, it even works with our xbox in streaming mode. very happy with this remote.

I purchased the remote control at Best Buy. The unit was reasonably priced and easy to install/operate with current system. Since the original installation, the unit has worked well.

Due to relocation, we missplaced original remote to our insignia TV/DVD comb. It was a quick fix, we went to Best Buy & found replacement. Works great! It controls both T.V./DVD in one.

Easy to set up. Works great with our LG blu ray player. The old remote died when the batteries exploded. This universal remote was very easy to sync up with the blu ray by following the enclosed directions.

For the sale price and in need of a remote control, this device does the job. It was easily programmed to control our cable set top box and Samsung smart TV. The buttons are of fair size but could be a little bigger. They are not backlit which is a feature I could use at night but, like I said for the sale price compared to the other in stock options I had to choose from, this is a functional device and serves the purpose

The only things that puts this remote ahead of the cookie cutter remotes is the price point and the fact it is one of a select few to control the Amazon Firestick. No need to program your Firestick on here as it is already synced.

This universal remote was easy to program and easy to use with many functions and features. It is very versatile and can be used with a myriad of different brands of TVs. I have not tried to use it with any other electronic device besides a TV so I cannot speak to its use with any other device, but it is definitely useful if your TV remote is lost or non-functioning.

Works as advertised, great for the price. Recommended for those who don't want the more complex Harmony remotes.

I read reviews about it being complicated to set up but it only took me 2 minutes per device to set up. Works perfectly with my Insignia TV and Xbox One S. Love having a remote to browse on Xbox.

After only 2 years my Logictech died and was looking for a replacement, found this and for the price it's great and easy to use and set up, recommend it.

Was told it would not work for a Samsung sound bar. It worked! Now controls both tv and sound at which is what I was looking for. Set up was easy.

Bought this remote to replace an old one for my Grandmother. Being 85 years old she didn't need anything too fancy and this has been easy to use and was VERY easy to set up.

If you want to use Setup Method B (which most people probably do), the manual is written wrong and does not work. To address this, reverse the order of Step 2 and Step 3. Then it will program properly and works exactly as advertised.

Finally a simple remote that works with my TiVo and sound bar. After headaches with my harmony remote i bought this and glad i did.
