The product was easy program. Worked fine out of the. On. Was able to use it immediately. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Very nice device. I thought it was easy to set up and I use it to control a Sony TV, Sony receiver, Samsung Blu-ray DVD and ROKU streamer. It sure is nice to only have one remote instead of four of them.

My son really loves the remote, it controls everything he owns and just a touch of a button you can control any you want with everything you own in the house, thank you very much

My 2 year old granddaughter lost the tv remote in the living room. Decided a universal might be nice. Just need for a TV, Bluray player, and soundbar. Worked on my tv without any programming but I've tried every possibility for my Sony bluray player with no luck. Got annoyed and gave up. I have programmed a universal remote in the past without to many issues. The pro here is I needed for TV and no programming was required so that was nice.

Good and robust for daily use. Not very practical in the dark; need to memorize positions of buttons. Would be great if this remote had the backlight.

We couldn't program our Xfinity X-1 cable box with it but were able to program the TV and DVD player, so it's nice to consolidate remotes.

Works well for all tpyes of input when using a smart TV. Unfortunately if you try to go quickly from one screen to another it frequently freezes up

I lost my remote while moving a month an half ago and I decided that it was time to stop using my phone as a remote. This remote exceeded my expectation and essentially replaced all remotes for all my other devices. Easy pair and use.

Great universal remote control. I was afraid to get this unit since I got several remotes (other brands) for a Emerson LCD TV that didn't work. But this one work at the first time like a charm ;-)

I brought my TV to Oregon, and forgot to bring the remote, so I bought this one. It worked exactly as if it were the original remote, first time I used it. Didn't even need any setup. Had all the right functions, and worked perfectly.

Nice remote. Easy to set up. Con: have to switch between tv mode and DVD mode. Can't use volume control in DVD mode.
