I told the sales rep it's a x plug laptop and he insisted it would not work. I set this up and it wouldn't work with this. I came in specifically for the external monitor.

Put the cord away for 2 weeks, pulled it back out to use it and it no longer works. The wire has no visible damage, so it just naturally decided it was finished.

Not able to return to the store since return policy was limited to two weeks. Tried to return on 22nd day after the purchase. Amazon May be the best option in some purchases.
