Connected the mini end with the HDMI output on the camcorder and the regular end with the monitor. Worked perfect!

It allowed me to connect my Nintendo Switch HDMI output to a portable led monitor with a mini HDMI port. We were able to play on a cruise ship. Nice!

It's advertise as high speed but realistically its only supports resolutions of 4096 x 2160 (4K) at 30Hz... That's the standard these days. Do not buy this cable expecting to run it at HDMI 2.1 speeds (120Hz).
