    Can your CEO tell me why I have to enter my user ID and password to make a simple payment? As a business owner, I can’t understand why a company makes it so difficult for someone to pay their bill and give them money. The CEO of Best Buy should be fired. This is so ridiculous. I’m signed into my account on the Best Buy website and I can’t pay my bill because I do not know my user ID.

    It’s OK. I tried to charge my husband’s Samsung Ultra Smartwatch but it will not hold. Also, I guess you need to own IPhone ear buds because it won’t charge my Shokz either. Kind of expensive to be so limited.

    best buy lead me to believe that I could charge 4 items. This is true, but what I wasn't told was that it was for 4 specifc products. I only have 2 of those products. Yes my error but I was relying on the sales person. I should have taken the time to read more carefully. In addition I had to buy a special I phone case to make it work. Quality seems ok.

    Top stand works for charging, but is slow and has a hard time holding onto any phone through a case. Both bottom chargers do not work. Luckily only need to charge two items, but still wish the other two worked.

    Everything worked well besides the main phone charger, iPhone kept connecting and disconnecting every couple minutes. Returned and purchased a different brand.

    1. iPhone does not attach to the magnet it falls off 2. You have to take your ear buds out of the case in order for them to charge 3. It was expensive to me for something that can not be used in the fullest

    Sat on my desk and never moved. Bottom started charging already. Too expensive to break this quick from little use.

    This has so far been the best charging station that I have tried. Others have always felt cheap or just didn't charge very well. Not the case here. The Insignia 4-in-1 is very solid and just feel like a premium product. And best of all, it works every time. I've always hated needing to plug my phone in one spot and charge my watch in another. I also hated using the usb-c port to charge my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I've sent it flying a couple of times from snagging the cord with the phone plugged it. I've also forgotten on occasion to put my Apple Watch 9 on because it wasn't sitting with my phone. Now, I no longer have to worry about forgetting my watch or damaging my phone. I do have a pair of ear buds (non-Apple) that seem to charge just fine on the lower earbud pad. The larger pad on the bottom is a great addition as well if you use a different brand of phone with wireless charging. As for the power, I do feel like if I have both my watch and phone on it at the same time that they do charge just a bit slower than with their dedicated chargers. However, it's not that much slower and they are always fully charged when I wake up in the morning. Overall this is a well made charging station for your Apple products that are able to take advantage of the wireless charging. Highly recommended!
