    Product worked for about the first 90 days. After that, all the charging pads on the base stopped working. Now all that works is the phone charger on the post and the watch charger. Save your money.

    While I was really impressed with the fit & finish of this product, I bought the 1st unit on Nov 5th 22, it failed on Dec 27th 22. I returned it and purchased a second unit on Dec 30th 22. It died on Jan 25th. In both cases the turbo/fan function turned on by itself and would not shut off, I tried unplugging it overnight, still wouldn't shut off even when no device was on the charger. The button also became non-responsive. Now I'm stuck with this faulty product as Best buy says the return period ended on Jan 14th. I used to have an extended return period until BestBuy killed the Elite program ( thanks for that best buy). At a time when brick-and-mortar retail is struggling to survive in an online retail world, BestBuy seems to be running full tilt toward obsolescence.

    As many have mentioned, “turbo” button breaks very quickly and sticks this charger into turbo mode with a loud fan going. Unable to pull button out and cant see any screws for disassembly etc. for a fix.

    I wanted this to work but within a month the fan wouldn't turn off and the charger for ipods stopped working. Disappointing to find one that works well. The search continues...

    It worked for about 3 week than the fan turned on by itself would not stop . And the two bottom chargers stopped working could not charge my air pods. Had to return it . Would not recommend this product

    Purchased as an open-box which said it was in good condition. However, when I opened the box, the apple watch charger was broken and defective. Best Buy would not even honor an exchange and did not give me another one.

    Disappointed in this product to say the least! It was great until it wasn’t. I bought it in early March, so 4 months ago in both bottom pads have already stopped working. When I spend.$149.00 for a charging unit I expect it to last longer then 4 months. Upon reading more reviews tonight this seems to be an ongoing issue yet. Best Buy continues to sell them with no return options after 14 days…..

    Junk. In less than two months the base chargers (phone and AirPods) stopped working. The fan stays on and there's a constant red light at the center of the base station. I unplugged it and plugged back in several times and nothing. The top phone and watch charger work fine, it's the base chargers that quit working. I DO NOT recommend paying this amount for less than 2 months of use.

    Worked exactly 1 month then the fan would stay on constantly without anything on the charger passive charger doesn’t work anymore either.

    It doesn’t deserve 1 star. 1st purchase- opened box, plugged in, and the power button didn’t work and 2 bottom charges didn’t work. I looked up reviews and everyone said same thing. Took 1st back and exchanged for another one. 2nd purchase- got home, plugged in, and same problem after 6 hours of ownership. Took back and got a refund. Staaaaaaay away from this one!!!!

    It diesnt consistently charge when phone placed on the charger. At times you have to reposition the phone on tge charger to get charger to work. The woukd not buy again.

    I had to return it after two weeks as it stopped working. During the two weeks it was intermittent in its function. I am extremely disappointed.

    I had high hopes for this device, since it would meet my charging needs. However, I've had it for less than a month and the entire base appears to be non-functional. Neither of the charging pads are working and the mode switch seems to be stuck "on", so I cannot turn off turbo mode.

    Item did not work fully. The MagSafe charger and the Apple Watch charger worked, but the two qi wireless charging pads on the base did not work at all. So I’m returning it. I may have just got a defective unit but for $150.00 it should work.
