Bottom two charging spots stopped working right after the return period.

This Insignia 4 in 1 15W charger has far exceeded my expectations. My biggest frustration with wireless charging has always been that it's slower than using a cord. This charger is probably twice as fast as any other wireless charger that I have used. Of course, being 15W instead of 5 or 10, you expect that. What is extremely impressive about this unit aside from charging my phone quickly, is the space savings and the build quality. I had 4 things charging the other day (my phone, my daughter's phone, my watch and some earbuds) and while they're separate on the charger, they're all in the same area at the same time since the MagSafe and watch are on the post above the other 2. So there's space savings vs. having them all laying next to each other. The phone also sits at the right angle to view and use if needed while on the MagSafe charger. And this thing is solidly built. There is not a movement on this charger or a loose piece. Not to mention the price vs. other chargers that offer multiple device chargers. The value is incredible. This is my second Insignia charger and with the build, the quality, the value and the function, I'll never buy another brand. Highest recommendation.

The ability to charge your phone, watch, airpods and another wireless advice all at once. It's the invention I never knew I needed until I had it. The packaging was a bit frustrating I basically had to rip it apart to get the thing out, the good point is that it was securely packed but I was a little annoyed I had to rip apart the box to get to it. The stand is already assembled with usual instructions and power cord. There is a small button on the stand to turn on a fan mounted to the mag charging station for the phone if you want to make sure your phone stays nice and cool. Decent idea but I wonder how long the fan will hold out. The watch and airpods station work perfectly, I even charged an off brand wireless earbuds case that's not airpods and worked great. The mag safe mounted charger leaves a little to be desired, even without a case on it doesn't grip the phone very well but I can still use it even with a case on. Perfect world wish it gripped harder but it works. You can also just lay the phone flat on the wireless charging area below that. Overall very happy with it, cord is a decent length.

It's sleek and simple. It's very easy to set up and use and it's quite simple. The airpod charging pad is pretty basic. The watch charger is raised and can rotate. For the phone, there's two options. There's a non slip flat pad or a raised magsafe charger that holds it magnetically. There is an LED indicator light so you can see it's charging. One con is that the charger will not work on older phone models, it works on 12 and newer. All of these are very easy to use and have caused no issues. There's a button on the charger to turn on fans behind the chargers to cool your devices while they're charging. This is a great idea and I can definitely tell that they're cooler when I pick them up compared to using it without the fans. Overall, this is a great charger that combines all your chargers into one and I would definitely recommend it.

I bought two of these, have one on my nightstand and one on the counter in my kitchen. I love being able to charge two phones and the watch on the same stand. Note that there is a fan to cool the phone attached to the MagSafe connection, but I've not had to use it.

I was looking for something that would help manage the wires on the charging area of my counter in the kitchen. I installed a 6 outlet splitter to be able to plug in all my devices and it came with 4 USB ports. I initially thought that was great, until discovering how I now have 6-8 wires snaking around at any given time and phones and air pods taking up space on the counter. That's why I got the Insignia 4 in 1 QI wireless charging hub. I was actually surprised when I first held it and discovered how heavy it is. This is no cheap junk; it's made very well using steel and aluminum with comfortable pads to place your devices. I was impressed how well it manages my Apple devices and other QI enabled products. The Turbo cooling feature actually employs a small fan to help cool down the magnetically endowed charging pad located on the upper arm. It needs it to charge at a blazing fast 15w wirelessly. The fan is very quiet and can easily be placed by your bedside if you choose to. There's space for another phone on the base at 10w, a 5w slightly cupped pad for small devices like wireless headphones (works with any enabled headphones) and a specific Apple watch charger on the right arm for 5w speeds. The single, touch sensitive button on the base, controls the Turbo+ fan feature. The one thing I'm not too crazy about is the fact that the magnet won't latch onto a phone unless you take it out of the case. If I had a Mag-safe case already, that wouldn't have been an issue. Other than that small failing (on my part), it does what I got it for, removing the need for 4 charging cables by neatly arranging everything on a very elegant wireless display tree. It doesn't hurt that it can charge at very fast speeds for QI tech.

Charges fast and charges everything all at one time, havent had any trouble with heat issues. The docking feature on iphone is really cool. Would definitely recommend when its on sale.

Product was great went it worked!! The bottom two ports just stopped working after 2 months of use. Very disappointing considering this is a $150 charger…..

Still waiting to receive the product, it was to ship to USPS box but I have yet to get it?

Got it as a gift, worked fine for 2 nights. Now the watch charger is the only part that puts out a charge
