The description of the product said that it would work with the apple iPhone 15. It does not. It works with older apple iPhones. The product is well-made, but as I said, the description is inaccurate as to what iPhone you can use it for. Therefore, the write-up needs to be corrected.

I have come to really like and appreciate the high-quality products the Insignia brand continues to release at cheaper than average prices and this set of lightning to USB-C cables is no different. One of the main features I really like about these cables is the braided jacket, especially at this price point. It makes the cables feel so much more durable and as a result, I don’t doubt that they will last very long into the future without any issues that can affect other cables without this same protective jacket. At 4 feet long each, they are plenty long enough for my needs and the subtle moon gray tone looks nice and makes it easy to find the cable in rooms that are not well lit or at night. The connectors feel solid and have not worn down at all after consistent use and they perform just as well as the cables I used to use when it comes to charging speed. THis is very bad cable, not charging my phone at all, needs to return.

While some things change, one thing remains constant, and that is the fact that we will always need cables to charge our devices. These 4 foot long braided cables from Insignia are some of the nicest I have used, in terms of build quality and value. I like that one end is USB-C, which makes it easier to charge my Lightning devices in a world where USB-C is becoming the norm. Personally, I think the 4 foot length is perfect for my daily use. Any longer is cumbersome and impractical, and these cables are great to use in the house or in my car. The connection ends are solid and robust, like the rest of the cable they seem extremely well made. A family member who had not used these before picked one up the other day and said: “Wow! These are nice!”- and I would have to agree with them. In terms of functionality, I have tested them with my Apple devices to both charge and transmit data, and they work great. I haven’t owned them for very long, but I would imagine they will last quite a while, due to the quality of the braiding on the cable, and the robust connections on each end. If you need a set of cables for your Lightning equipped Apple device and want to take advantage of the popularity and convenience of USB-C, look no further than these excellent examples from Insignia!

The insignia 4-ft lightning to USB cable has been a great addition to our household. Our family loves that it came in a two pack, so we can use them in multiple places. The four-foot long cable makes it a perfect length for using with any electronics you need. My husband uses it to charge his iPad. The white color is also nice, so you don't lose it in a dark drawer. The braided cable makes untangling very easy. Even my 8-year-old son can untangle this cord. If you are looking for a cord, we would highly recommend this one. There's not much more I can say about it except for it is great. If you are looking for an insignia cable that will charge your electronics quickly, and is the right length, this is the one for you. Review for Insignia™ - 4' Lightning to USB-C Braided Charge-and-Sync Cable (2 Pack) If you read any of my other product reviews, you know I’m a big fan of the Insignia brand! Bestbuy continues to impress me with their high-quality, reasonably-priced alternatives to similar name brand items. These cables are no exception. The wrapped cables are flexible and lightweight, but durable and promise long lasting use. They are so much better than the cheap plastic insulation on many cables. The connectors are also well made, unlike the type that peel and crack at the point where the cable meets the connector. I like the shorter four foot cables for connecting to my laptop or to my charging hubs because I don’t end up with a lot of extra cable. The longer versions are great if you have to reach from an outlet to a nearby chair. Whenever I have a choice between a name brand item and an equivalent Insignia version, I have no hesitation buying the Insignia item - almost always at a lower price.

Had to purchase since rental car didn't have usb plug. These are fast charging and great for the price.
