As I walked past several employees, I was never acknowledged. And, I have heard this from several different persons, that this is the same experience. The third person that I came "eye to eye" with, asked me if I needed help, and he knew exactly where the product was located, and was very helpful, and even asked me if there was somethiong else I needed.

It was great, my package was intact and worked when I used it.

Bought this to replace a lost USB3 cable for my BluRay drive. It works fine as is. I know this is more a tablet or phone cable so my expectations were met when it powered the drive which originally came with a more robust cable.

This product does the job of what my original Samsung S5 charger did, but Best Buy didn't have the Samsung Charger in Brentwood, Ca store which I am surprised because it has a Samsung area for specifically Samsung Products.
