The induction cooking works well and is reasonably easy to control. However, I thought the top surface was made of glass and should be easy to clean but it is some sort of plastic and stained easily from water boiling over in the pot. The cooktop looked dirty after first use.

This is a great value, good size for storing and easy to operate. My kids enjoy using it also and it's much safer than the stove. Works great for camping too!

I was searching for a portable induction cooker and came across this one on sale at Best Buy. I bought this from best Buy because I couldn't find anything out there as thin as this Insignia Induction cooktop. Being very thin with a glass top makes this perfect for my carry-on travel plans. PLUS it came with a stainless steel pot and pan. Not only is the induction cooktop built in high quality, the pot and pan were also high quality....can't beat the deal!

This is my first induction cook top. The touch controls are very good and easy to clean. Since I didn't have a lot of induction capable cookware, the three piece set that comes with it is a great starter. The fan make a little noise.

This was first experience with an induction cook top. I love it. I did need to read the instructions thoroughly and there is a lot to remember to use this efficiently but it works flawlessly once you get through the learning curve.

Upon doing renovations in the break room I took out the old electric range stove and replace it with a convection oven and this cook top. I heats up fast and safe. it came with pot and pan. Great value.

I like this cooktop set a lot. It works as advertised, however the fan kicks in right away and stays on the entire time that you are cooking and it is very loud. That is my only complaint, but overall I am not dissatisfied.

Needed something for use in my RV while traveling so I wouldn't have to use the propane stove. This along with the microwave solve that problem. Works great. Would recommend but be careful that you have the right pots.

The induction cooktop set is an amazing deal for the induction top that comes with a pot and pan. It will do the job but won't go above and beyond. You are limited to using only induction surfaced pots/pans.

This set is easy to use. It makes cooking quick meals in the office a breeze. The set is so useful that I passed them out to my adult kids for Christmas. In addition, the pots that come with them are excellent quality.

Bought this to use instead of my stove top for simple things like boiling water but haven't used my stove top since. Easy to clean and maintain and produces little heat (other than what's cooking). Great buy.

Heats the pan super fast and cooks everything evenly.

It's nice to have something that is timed, and precisely temperature controlled so you can cook a pot of something without worrying if it's going to boil over. Doesn't heat up the house as much either.

This cooking surface is great. Small enough to move around the kitchen and gives me extra cooking capacity. Plus, I can use it when we go camping. Also came with the pot/pan, which was an added bonus.

It comes with pot and pan so ready to use. I also like that there is a magnet useful for shopping future cookware for use with this cooktop. The price is reasonable. The shipping packaging was very secure.

Works great, however the pan and pot that come with the package are quite small and do not allow for cooking a lot of food at one time. The touch screen interface is confusing, however works.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. Cooks quick and takes up very little space in her tiny kitchen. Great value for three pieces.

I purchased this to use in extended stay hotels because I travel a lot. It is nice however it would be nicer if it displayed the temperature you were setting it at. All in all a good heat source for part time use.
