The device turns my two usb ports into four. I use it to charge all kinds of stuff while I am playing. The best part about it is that since it covers the eject button on my PS4 pro, it has a larger button on the front of the device that I push to eject the disc. It is so much easier to press the new button than the old button. The kids have no problems with the new button. My wife even commented on how easy it was to eject the disc now. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I have a USB keyboard, PS4 controller charger, and a Stealth 450 charger/transmitter. It works just find for all four of these cords. I heard a lot of people say it does not work for external storage. I have not tested this myself, but I am warning you.

Exactly what I needed to use my extra storage. The disc eject button is also a nice feature. Perfect fit design, and for only $5. Whata deal!

Simple product that adds a couple of USB’s to your system. Be careful which PS model you have as this may not fit or will cover your disk tray.

Works well and doesn't cost too much. I've noticed that some reviewers stated that this product doesn't work with an external hard drive. However, I haven't had this issue and it works fine with mine. I'm not sure if it's due to a more recent PS4 software update or the model of the hard drive. I'm using an 8TB WD 3.0 drive and it works fine. Pretty useful for freeing up some ports if you're using PSVR, wireless headset, etc.

Not a bad accessory for the price. Does what is supposed to, but adds a lot of bulk to the front of the console. If you need more front usb ports, this is a decent option.

Such a great deal! Low price. BB exclusive. Works perfect, but only fits on certain models. Charge 4 controllers at once! Nice!

My son does like the product to get him more options for plug in on PS4 but learned that the external hard drive he has for storage will not work plugged into this port. Has to be directly connected to PS4.

The 2 ports on the PS4 are just not enough. I have one dedicated to the PSVR and one to the Gold Wireless headphones. That leaves no plugs left to charge any controllers. The additional plugs provided are a blessing. The only problem is that it does not have a great connection into the base PS4 and sometimes it has loosened while playing. This will affect the headphones.

Works as intended on my PS4 Pro, has a cool little button on the front to maintain the ability to eject discs.

This is great, if you need more USB's, however keep in mind it blocks the CD entrance on a normal PS4. This is really for a PS4 slim or PRO

This is pretty cool for adding additional USB ports to the PS4, but it does seem to be pretty easy to have it pulled out just enough through use that it no longer charges the controllers. If it had a better "lock" to keep it connected to the PS4, I could tag another star on it!

Nice attachment for additional charging stations, only complaint is that you can’t use it for hooking up your external hard-drive

This is a very simple product that is more a luxury of convenience than anything. I hate having to switch things from one port to another. I have a ton of things connected to music PS4: headset, USB thumb drive, hard drive, USB cord for charging, and the vr and disconecting all the time seemed so inconvenient, but now I don't have that problem. Only complaint I have is that it doesn't blend in as seemlessly well as its predecessor for the original PS4. But if you can look past that, the functionality makes it worthwhile.

This usb hub fits perfectly onto the front of my PS4 Pro. It works great to charge devices. I took a chance on this expander since I read other reviews saying it would not work correctly with the New Gold Wireless Headset. I found that to be true, the reception goes in and out. I have my hard drive on my rear usb port as others have said. I will be returning this item for something else to split one port for charging devices and have my dongle plugged in directly to the PS4.

It does work for some things. I worked for about 2 hours with my Bluetooth Turtle Beach headset but starting randomly dropping the connection after that. If you are charging multiple things it's worth it. I wouldn't recommend using it during gameplay.

works great with my ps4 because 2 usb’s aren’t enough they give the same power as the regular usb on the ps4 , charges my phone and controller very fast , and its a cheap product which lasted me until the ps5 i would invest of this if you still have the ps4 or just get the ps5 version of this

Even though I have the PS4 Pro, it still only had three ports. One of them, the one in the back, is my external hard drive, which only leaves me two slots in the front. With PlayStation VR, my Headset, and sometimes charging a controller or using a USB stick for backup, this is a great upgrade for minimal price. Just remember you cannot use your External Harddrive in one of these ports. If you have an external hard drive, make sure you plug it into the USB slot on the back of your console (which is only available on the PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro.)
