love this item!.very happy with it so far.i tether my phone here too lap top and use a weboost cell signal booster,, (also purchased from best buy on line ).light weight nice 4 usb port hub lays behind my laptop.also runs my phone, printer and booster,all purchased on line from best buy.very satisfied with everything.thank god for best buy and the great prices and products you offer!!.keep up the great service, care plans and customer service is stellar :)))

I bought this port because my webcam needs a 2.0 USB. Easy to use and compact.

I was looking for a multiport usb hub for my nightstand in my bedroom. I have multiple usb devices that I charge while I am sleeping including my phone, scosche heart rate monitor and my Garmin watch. I had a power strip with multiple bricks plugged into it, but they kept coming unplugged and it was taking up a lot of space. This was exactly what I was looking for. I used some velcro and mounted it on my nightstand and it charges everything at once.

I had a real need to expand my USB ports on my laptop, and this one which is self powered is amazing.

Does what is suppose to do. Perfect for a crowded work desk. Has a little extra of you really need it.

Was getting warnings from 3.0 hub when plugging in some 2.0 devices. Wanted a 2.0 hub to avoid problems..back level compatible. Powered transformer also a plus.

I bought this for my kids Xbox to charge their remotes and to hide all the cords within the cabinet. Works great!

I work in a small office with multiple devices. (2 mobile phones, a wireless hotspot device, a tablet and a wireless bluetooth earpiece. Before I purchased this HUB, I was only able to charge two devices at a time. Ridiculous because I would run out of juice early in the day! Now, since I purchased this HUB, I am able to charge anywhere from one to four devices at one time and stay in touch with my company's needs.

Plug it in and it is ready to go. Need thew extra ports and the price was great.

Needed a powered USB hub for a Raspberry Pi 2 that couldn't handle my external HDD. This hub worked like a charm!

Easy to use. very slim. Provide extra usb ports as needed. only downside would be the cable was somewhat short

I was frustrated that I didn't have enough usb ports on my computer and didn't even know this device existed. But, I searched Best Buy and found this item. It was exactly what I needed. Now I don't have to remove my WD Passport everytime I want to plug another device in. And, BB staff was very helpful in finding the item and assuring me it would work.
